by using the same recipe book

i've made these most-self-satisfied cupcakes of the year

ah yan sendiri add-minus-plus punya ingredients:
100g butter
80g sugar
2 eggs
120g fine flour
1 pinch each of baking powder & baking soda
2 Earl Grey tea bags (i used Mark & Spencer's)
80cc of hot water (add a bit more to make sure u hav 80cc of tea later)

* whisk butter & sugar until they turn white n fluffy (medium speed 15 mins)
*soak 1 tea bag into hot water to make 80cc of Earl Grey tea
*add in egg 1 by 1 n continue to whisk
*pour in tea n n continue to whisk until all mixed well
*sift flour + baking powder + soda + 1 packet of tea leaves (cut open)
in few batches n slowly stir (not whisk) until no lump
*pour into any desired mould n bake
(i used 160'c - 30 min - made 10 cupcakes)
