so happen i saw it in
Meidi-ya @ Plaza Mt Kiara

add in a slice of ham, cheese, scrambled egg & some mayo
mmmph! beat the Monday Blue!

Christmas Meals

after a workaholic week
finally a day to rest...
yet~ still woke up 6am to play shooting =P

dropped by the favourable Uncle Seng noodle stall
for a heavy breakiejz made simple lunch at home
no more energy for fantabulous food
.
couldn't get any broccoli in the market (why ah?)
so i got cauliflower
mana tau the colour came out so dull...
topped with a glass of wee wang wang
(Mr L's recipe -grape juice + malibu)

garlic butter cauliflower + fusilli in beef alfredo+
cheesy mashed potato

Devil's Food

it has been a busy to the max week
7 working days
early morning till late nite
including public holiday & weekends

no matter how busy... how tired... how dead...
this very special birthday couldn't not be missed

i made Devil's Food for the special Birthday Cake

and some Devil's cupcakes with chocolate chips
to be shared

Mashed Potato with Fresh Button Mushroom

这几天每当走过冷藏部
那一颗颗圆鼓鼓的蘑菇就爱跟我招招手
让我被它们那洁白的模样给着迷
害我对它们朝思暮想念念不忘

终于…… 终于…… 我抵不过诱惑

弄了些马铃薯泥

把它们摊在盘子里等待命运的降临

用一点奶油把洋葱丝抄香 把蘑菇片放下去
加点盐调味 一份简而不单的温馨早餐就可以上桌了

Pan Cake with some Pops

added 1 tbsp of poppy seeds into my pancake mixture
it goes superbly well with fresh strawberry jam!

Chicken Pasta with Style

been falling in love with roasting chicken lately
coz it's mess free! i did the pasta the Ah Yan's way
tossed them with fried garlic & curry leaves
*tsk tsk*
not forgetting some italian spices & butter
looks so cheerful isn't it?!
