yan has a new big big kitchen so... from now onwards~ i gotto fly back home everyday after work transform into Yellow Face Auntie to make dinner
1st proper dinner in this kitchen: i started with super simple steam tofu & stir-fried choy sum with a lot of kelam-kabut-ness 2nd dinner i made: still tofu but with a little add-on minced meat together with another simple tomato omelette i love the way this minced meat was made ah yan's original recipe: *sauté chopped ginger till fragrant *add in chopped garlic sauté till fragrant too *add in cubed soaked chinese mushroom fry for a while *pour in the minced meat (marinated with pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar) *fry till everything is cooked *stir in a little oyster sauce starch water to make a little gravy and also red spinach soup with century eggie my expertise~
it has been a long while since i last cooked proper meal
this is a piece of ARTwork look like wild grass grows out from rocky land eh? no spring onion on hand so i took some leaves from the pea sprout :P love this so much!!!
