ingredients:
skinless chicken breast, spaghetti, pumpkin |
simple steps:
*remove pumpkin skin n seeds, cut into chunk
*boil pumpkin until cooked (15 - 20 min), let cool.
*blend cooked pumpkin n sufficient stock in food processor.
*brush a thin layer of oil in pan,
cook chicken breast (marinate with salt + paper) until lightly brown
*cook spaghetti as per instructed on pack
*pour pumpkin gravy into cooking pan n heat up
*season with a little bit of salt n black pepper
*place cooked spaghetti into pumpkin gravy n blend together
*serve the pasta together with the chicken breast
