Scrapperie Reveal ~ "La Cage aux Folles"
Well I have been scrappin' up a storm! With being so busy the last 2 weeks or so I lots my creative mojo. I'm SOO happy to see it back again and have been using it to it's full potential!
So, after long last, here is the Scrapperie's May kit, "La Cage aux Folles". It's packed full of gorgeous papers and embellishments... Crate Paper, SEI, Bazzill, Doodlebug, American Crafts and lots more!!!

Hard At Work
I have been hard at work for the last 2 days trying to pull together as many projects with the amazing Scrapperie May kit "Cage aux Folles".
It's filled with amazing SEI and Crate Paper papers and some cool bird images!
Here's a sneak peek of the Scrapperie July kit, "Estate Sale"... can you say amazing!!!! All of those papers are gorgeous! Some Webster's Pages, some Basic Grey "Sugared" and lots of My Mind's Eye papers too! Sandi is excepting pre-orders right now!
We are also having an Ice Cream Social Crop this weekend at Scrapperie! We have a load of fabulous challenges and A HUGE grand prize!!! Come and check us out starting Friday!

This is the newest sketch from Valerie Salmon's blog, "Got Sketch?". I used the Scrapperie "La Cage aux Folies" kit for this.
This is the latest challenge over at the Random Chaos blog. This week we had to use shaped cardstock or paper.
And finally.... yup.... it's true! I'm turning another year younger today. At officially 4:17pm today I will be 32. YIKES! Another year... another set of grey hairs and few patches to mend.

Got Sketch?, Cuz I Do!
Valerie Salmon's "Got Sketch?" blog is up with a new sketch this morning. I just love Valerie's sketches! They are so well balanced and creative with the embellishments and layered paper pieces.
This week's sketch used 3 4x6 photos along with a few embellies and a journaling block. If you want to check out the sketch, it's #59 here.

The Guantlet ~ Scrapperie
Do you want to participate in an exciting new scrapbooker's challenge for a chance to win some great prizes and maybe even become a Très Chic Girl? To celebrate our first anniversary, Scrapperie will be hosting a new contest to get your creative juices flowing! The contest, called The Gauntlet, will be completed in seven challenge-filled stages and will run from May 1-June 30, when the Grand Prize winner is announced.
Starting on Sunday, April 27, those interested in participating in The Gauntlet must submit one layout into The Gauntlet Gallerie and sign in on the Scrapperie forums. Anyone interested in participating has until 11:59 PM CST on May 3 to sign up and enter an initial layout into the Gallerie. The initial layout may be something previously made, published, etc- it should just showcase your best work. (Any project from that point on needs to be never before seen and specifically made for The Gauntlet's challenges.) Sorry, but any projects submitted to this contest must be primarily paper based. No all digital layouts will be accepted. Hybrid layouts are welcome, but it must be obvious that the layout is mostly tangible products.
Prizes will include a Grand Prize package valued at over $75 and a position as a Très Chic Girl for the upcoming term (July-October). First place is a prize package valued at over $50. Second place's prize package is valued over $35 and third place's prize package is valued over $25. Other prizes may be awarded at the judges' discretion. Everyone entering the challenge will have chances to win Scrapperie gift certificates for the Boutique.
The Gauntlet's winner will be determined by a non-biased panel of judges. Projects will be judged on creativity, originality, design and how closely each challenge is followed. Please come visit Scrapperie's contest forum for complete rules and details of The Gauntlet.

March Madness and weScrap weekend Crop!!
It's time for some March Madness over at Scrapperie! We have lots of crazy fun in store for you; we are going to play games, have fun challenges, giveaways, and we are also having a referral contest with a rockin cool prize! You don't want to miss it!
Our Tres Chic Girls have something exciting planned for you...
All you have to do to is make a minimum posts of 10 per day starting on March 1 and ending on March 31. You will then be entered into a drawing for a fabulous RAK! We will be giving away 2 RAKS per week, on pre-determined days, but we aren't going to tell you which days we are giving them away because we want it to be a surprise! So get those posts in, because you never know which will be your lucky day!!
We are also going to have a little fun and play some Layout Tag. What is layout tag you ask? Well, it's like the Telephone Game (the game where you whisper a phrase to the person next to you and keep going until you get to the last person and then see how much the phrase has changed) except we will be doing it with a layout.

Scrapperie One Day Cyber Crop!
To go along with our Fantastic February Challenge at Scrapperie, you won't want to miss out on all the fun we have in store for you this Saturday - February 23, 2008 at our one day cyber crop!

No... this is not the train station!!! LOL!
I receieved a call this evening from Sandi and Kim owners of Scrapperie, asking me if I wanted to be a Tres Chic Girl for the next 4 months!
Ahh..... YEAH!!!!!!
