近日，普天鐵心取向硅鋼產(chǎn)品在資源、能源、環(huán)境、品質(zhì)及低碳五大維度均達(dá)到綠色產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證要求，正式獲得冶金工業(yè)信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究院頒發(fā)的綠色產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證證書，標(biāo)志著公司在綠色低碳發(fā)展道路上邁出關(guān)鍵一步。

臺車爐的應(yīng)用成為節(jié)能降碳的重要抓手。通過集中加熱與批量處理降低能耗，優(yōu)化密封保溫提升熱效率，實(shí)現(xiàn)單位能耗下降；同時提高成材率、減少材料波動與浪費(fèi)，并通過集中排放處理實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)。

The car-bottom furnace reduces energy use through centralized heating and batch processing, improves thermal efficiency, and lowers unit energy consumption; it also boosts yield and reduces variability and waste in electrical steel.

在能源利用端，公司建設(shè)綜合水站，實(shí)現(xiàn)制水、廢水處理與循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)的高效協(xié)同，大幅提升水資源利用效率，構(gòu)建起更加閉環(huán)、可持續(xù)的資源利用模式。同時，公司還通過建設(shè)屋頂光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)，推動綠色能源“自發(fā)自用”，2025年綠電生產(chǎn)量達(dá)到372萬千瓦時，有效減少對傳統(tǒng)能源的依賴。

普天鐵心通過持續(xù)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，打造出超穩(wěn)定、低損耗的取向硅鋼產(chǎn)品，有效降低變壓器空載損耗，幫助客戶在使用階段實(shí)現(xiàn)能耗優(yōu)化，將綠色價值延伸至產(chǎn)品全生命周期。目前，公司的硅鋼與鐵心產(chǎn)品已獲得ISO 14067碳足跡認(rèn)證，從全生命周期維度對碳排放進(jìn)行量化管理，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了產(chǎn)品的綠色屬性與國際競爭力。
