And the motion tracker is pinging loud and clear in the newest trailer for Gearbox Software's shooter, Aliens: Colonial Marines.

What happened after the events in James Cameron's Aliens? (Discounting the unfortunate Alien 3 and equally disappointing Alien Resurrection?) Gearbox Software answers part of that question in the latest trailer for its upcoming game. See for yourself below:



Aliens: Colonial Marines is in development for Windows PCs, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. The game's release date is TBA 2012.


Spy Guy says: Nice trailer, and it solidifies the opinion that gamers will experience many of the events depicted in the Aliens film for themselves (albeit after those fictional events actually took place) -- which could be a good thing, but I'm hoping Gearbox has more than a few new twists in store.
