BA Inspiration -

Evening all Julie here with a little bit of BA Inspiration. Have you got all your Christmas cards made and posted? I hope I have but I do have a few spare just in case.

If you've been really organised and made and sent your Christmas cards, how about an idea for a quick New Year card?

On an A6 top fold, white note card, I stamped the Background Blocks- Party Confetti in Versamark and embossed with jewelled gold EP. On a separate panel of white, I used the numerals from the Alphabet Solid set to create the 2026 in more of the jewelled gold EP. This was mounted on a slightly larger black one then added over my confetti with foam pads. A simple sentiment from Simply Said Blocks Christmas in black completes.

A very simple design that you could ring the changes with by using gold on black or perhaps silver on black. How about replacing the year with HB2U for a simple birthday card, the possibilities are endless!

Anyway that's it from me for the moment, hope you have a fab Christmas and KEEP CRAFTING!!

Uniko's Top 25 Products of 2025 No.16

Happy Wonderful Wednesday.

I'm back today with number 16 of Uniko's Top 25 of 2025. And coming in at number 16 is Christmas Pop. This one was a complete surprise, especially as this was a re-introduction with this stamp set returning from retirement!

Here are a few of my older favourite makes.

And because I am still needing Christmas cards, I gave the stamps some fresh inky love and created some new inspiration using it.

I chose a rainbow of cheerful colours on this grey December day! I started by stamping the solid Parsley tree in the middle and then worked my way outwards on both sides.

My sentiment is from Christmas Sentiments and I decided to add the wording layer to the middle tree using Evergreen. A simple card, but I love how it turned out.

That's all from me today, thank you for joining me.

Uniko's Top 25 Products of 2025 No.20 - 17

Happy Monday!

Welcome back to this months fun feature on the blog, Uniko's Top 25 Products of 2025. If you missed my first post sharing products 25 - 21, you can catch up HERE

Let's have a look at what product came in at number 20, Stencil - Layering Flower Fusion.

I was pleased to see this stencil in the top 25, mainly so I had an excuse to ink it up again! Here's my new inspiration using this 4 layered stencil.

As I am still in need of Christmas cards, I added a festive spin to this new card. I used four colours that haven't left my desk for this series and added in Oceanside and Peacock.

I have a YouTube short HERE, showing the making process of this card. My sentiment choice is from Christmas Sentiments, which hasn't left my desk either!

Next up is number 19 and although I love butterflies, I was surprised to see Butterfly Serenade being in the top 25.

And this has to be one of my favourite makes using this stamp set.

I love maximising those individual stamps to create impact and of course, rainbow colours. So this card was a given to be a favourite make.

Without giving too much away, you will be seeing more of this stamp set in 2026!

Coming in at number 18 is the Stencil - Geometric Happy Birthday

This one didn't surprise me as this stencil has pretty much sold out instantly as soon as it's back in stock! I know there are lots of geometric lovers like me out there and of course, this stencil is perfect for those masculine makes.

Here is one of my favourite makes.

Lastly for today and coming in at number 17 is Originally Organic Flower Garden

It was a delight to see this stamp set in the top 25, as it is definitely one of my favourites and I have so many favourite makes using it!

This card has caught lots of attention at shows this year.

Again, a card showing how a small accent stamp can create impact, especially with the use of rainbow colours!

And a bonus is that this card created a twofer. So it is only right I give limelight to the second card I made from this one as well!

That's all from me today, thank you for joining me.

Uniko's Top 25 Products of 2025 No.25 - 21

Hello & Happy Thursday.

In years gone by I have done various things here on the blog during December, countdowns and giveaways. As I was browsing website reports, mainly to see what the most popular product has been in 2025. I thought it would be a fun little feature to share here on the blog, sharing some old inspiration and of course some new inspiration.

So welcome to Uniko's Top 25 Products of 2025.

Today I am sharing numbers 25 - 21 and a mix of old and new inspiration.

Coming in at number 25 is Background Builders: Round in Circles

Here is this stamp set in action.

And it just so happens I have chosen this previously made card as this week's Card Of The Week! All the products used to make this card are 15% off on the website until Monday 8th December 9am GMT.

Coming in at number 24 is the Stencil - Ink & Flip Mid Century Leaves

This is a favourite of mine, so I created something new to share with you. As we're on the countdown to Christmas, and I still need Christmas cards, I went for a festive look.

I chose to ink the leaves in Clover and then Evergreen to create my background. I then embellished with a sentiment from Christmas Sentiments and the flower from Flower Power #10.

I think it looks cute dressed up all festive!

The next product coming in at number 23, which I was surprised at, I thought it would be higher up, is Background Blocks Merry Christmas Scramble

Again, this is a favourite of mine so I have created something new to share with you. I love keeping things clean and simple with this stamp, so went for this simple design.

I started by stamping the block in black ink and heat embossing with my favourite Stardust EP. I then used a selection of Stampin' Blends to colour the block before adhering to my card base using foam tape.

Next is number 22, again a product I was surprised to see so low down in the ranks. But on the other hand, I am pleased to see Background Builders Mid Century Modern in the top 25 of 2025.

And this card is one of my favourite makes using this set.

I'll definitely be inking this one up again soon, as it is just so much fun and you can get really creative with it.

Lastly for today and coming in at number 21 is the Stencil Ink & Flip Layering Flower. Again another favourite and one I am pleased to see in the top 25.

And here is a new card using this stencil combo. As I've started a festive theme, I went for a festive look again.

I started with the background, inking in Clover and Evergreen. I then used the flower detail and inked in Poppy and Cranberry.

My sentiment choice is from Simply Said Blocks Christmas and I added some sparkly rhinestones to finish.

That's all for today. I'd love to know your thoughts and what is your prediction as to what else is in the top 25 of 2025?

I'll be back in a few days to share numbers 20 - 16!

Brand Ambassador Inspiration - Wednesday Wreaths

Morning all,

Steph here today and for my Uniko Brand Ambassador post this month I thought I would focus on the Uniko Mid Century Modern Wreath Builder stamp set since we gave some love to the Uniko Mid Century Modern Baubles stamp set last month.

On this card I have stamped the wreath outline twice, rotating a little between stamping, and coloured with alcohol markers. To this I added some stamped and fussy cut berries and bows. Finally I stamped the sentiment and adhered using foam pads.

Here I have offset stamped the wreath using the outline and block stamps. I have added bows and berries stamped onto coloured card and shaded using alcohol markers. The sentiment has been stamped in blue and black ink giving and offset appearance.

For my final card I stamped the wreath using the block stamp only and onto white card. This was fussy cut before holly leaves and berries were added. The berries also have glossy accents added. Finally I used a piece of green card to add the sentiment.

I do love these mid century modern sets, there is so much possibility with them. I'd love to see what you are inspired to make and don't forget to tag Uniko in your projects too.

Much love

Steph x

Two For Tuesday - Christmas Bauhaus

Hello & Happy Tuesday.

I've a couple of quick Christmas cards to share with you today using the Background Blocks Bauhaus. I came up with these couple of ideas when the stamp came back in stock at the end of November. I just needed 20 mins to make them!

Let's have a look...

I started with using the Background Blocks Bauhaus on the landscape orientation to create a one layer card. I used VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink and for my Christmas Sentiments, sentiment.

I chose Dark Poppy Parade and Dark Granny Apple Stampin' Blends to randomly colour the stamp to create a festive look. You can watch this card being made over on YouTube HERE.

I had so much fun making this simple card, I went on to make another.

This time I went for a similar look to a previous card I have made using this stamp, which I shared HERE.

I used the same colours and a different sentiment from Christmas Sentiments and switched things up with using the block landscape and also mounting the stamped layer onto my base card using foam tape.

That's all I have for today.

Merry and Bright

I absolutely adore the Season of Beauty stamp set, it’s so versatile. I love that you have the option to colour with copics or just use the stamps to make layered ink poinsettias.

I’m sure you all know by now that copics colouring was the way to go for me. Pink and Red seem to be really on trend this Christmas and I’m definitely making the most of it.

I went for a distress oxide background for this card combining kitsch flamingo, Picked Raspberry and Candied Apple. Adding the lighter colours in the centre and darker around the edge to add a vignette to draw your eye to the centre of the image. I always add some splatters of shiny white kuretake paint and add some dots of colour with gel pens.

For the flowers I stamped them with memento tukedo ink and coloured with my trusty copics. Starting with R89 at the edges then bringing in some R46 and R29 and for the highlights R20. I might go back in with R89 if I feel the edges need darkening up a little. I coloured up some little leaves too and layered them onto my card. Finishing up with a sentiment from the Simply Said Block Christmas stamps and that’s my card all finished up!
