This is a rose image from Digital Two For Tuesday blog that is free, check it out. Lots of beautiful designs on this blog and I love this rose image. The rose is on classic white card stock and colored with various copic markers. I have layered onto some black card stock die cut in a spellbinders die. Layered down a paper doily added some sheer white ribbon tied off with a black button and twine. This was for the boys teacher this week and a gift for her. She LOVED it. Hope you have a great day.

FS350 Yellow Roses
This weeks Featured Stamper 350 is Ladybug91743 aka Marie Alice. Wonderful gallery with lots of variety. I choose her California Poppies to case today. Kept the over all layout, a large flower and colors. I changed the flower, added ribbon and a button and paper doily. Hope you can play along this week!

Tea Time for Isabella
Happy Tuesday and if you are a TeaPotter you know how special today is. We are honoring Isabella the cousin to Bridger who is also fighting cancer right now. The TeaPotters are enjoying tea and cookies today with creations for Isabella. Be sure to check it out and play along!
This darling image is called Tea Party and was perfect for my card for Isabella. I stamped the image onto classic white card stock using Memento Tuxedo black ink. Colored with various Copic markers. Once colored I have a simple layer of pink card stock underneath. Added some pink ribbon and some sparkly heart jewels. The two primas in the corner are from my good friend Pat, thanks girlie. A fancy little Spellbinders A2 Bracket one edge and voila!
I was able to attend a fundraiser breakfast for Isabella and Bridger this weekend. I was going to meet Isabella however she ended up in the ER with a 103 temp, so didn't get that chance. However I do have two photo's I can share with you all of this sweet little girl.
Doesn't she just make you giggle with that mud on her face? Oh my... She was having fun I would say.
Here she is with a beautiful flower in her sweet dress. If you have a minute say a prayer for her and Bridger. Thanks for stopping by today.

WCMD Washington Apples
Welcome to World Card Making Day at Flourishes 2013! We thought it would be especially fun and fitting to extend a challenge that has to do with your corner of the Cardmaking World! So, here goes: Create something that represents or is inspired by your state or province. We're leaving the interpretation up to you but you could be inspired by your state or province flower, your slogan, the scenery you'll find there, colors, or your state or provincial flag. Then make sure you describe to us what the connection is! Fun right?
- Your keyword for online galleries is WCMDFLLCCorner, but remember you must use our InLinkz button at the bottom of the post to be entered.
- Entries using Flourishes stamps will be counted twice.
I live in Washington state the largest producer and distributor of apples. The orchard fields are amazing around here along with all the wineries we have. So my choice for this challenge was easy as I choose Apple Of My Eye to play with. My apples are stamped onto Classic White card stock using Memento Tuxedo black ink. Colored with Copic collections:
Once colored I simply scored a border around the panel. Took some Color Made Easy Poppy cardstock and added some textures with the swiss dots embossing folder. Added a paper doily to the base that is layered onto more Classic White card stock. Wrapped some red gingham ribbon and twine bow and voila! Oh I do have a little bit of sparkle on the leaves for fun. :-) Check out the creations from these talented ladies:

FTTC229 Mini Love note
This weeks Timeless Tuesday challenge 229 is Mini me. HA!!! Make a mini (3x3) size creation. How fun! I adore the mini versions of cards. Be sure to link your creation back over on the Flourishes Blog!
I used Spellbinders die for my little mini shape as it is cute and adds a bit of design. Cute a small piece of red gingham paper and added jute twine with a bow around it before adhere to the paper. I stamped the guitar from Love Notes onto Classic White cardstock using Memento Tuxedo black ink.
Colored with copic collections:
Once colored I cut around it and added three tiny black brads to the guitar and some ranger stickles for sparkle. Added to my gingham paper and then my sentiment. Perfect for hubbies lunch box! Hope you have a wonderful day.

Die cut the circles with Spellbinders die and added some dimensionals to the back. My base cardstock colors are from Color Made Easy Collections Candy pink and Poppy.
My sentiment is from the Inside and Out, Thank you stamp set. Added some flourishes pearls that have been in the bin for awhile and tied off a ivory jute with my poppy button. Voila! Hope you have a great day!

The Senior Design Team is picking any set in our Flourishes Stamp Collection and showing off their masculine designs to you today. I know you'll be inspired and come away with some great manly ideas!
Since I used the fabulous What A Catch set last week I grabbed A Guiding Light for today's creation, surprise surprise. HA! I stamped the boat onto classic white cardstock using memento tuxedo black ink.
Colored with copic collections:
I wasn't sure what I was going to do for a sketch as nothing was coming to me so I head over to the Mojo Sketch blog and found this sketch MOJO295 . My center square is a bit larger but it works either way. My papers are from Color Made Easy Rich Browns collection and Creative Imaginations Loolah collection. I sponged some clouds in the background and hand drew a few birds into the clouds. Popped the panel up on dimensionals and voila!
Don't forget we have a gallery full of creations using A Guiding light for you to see HERE. For another fun surprise this weeks Designer Focus is the wonderful Miss Cindy!!!
This is your chance to WIN A GRAB BAG by getting to know Cindy a bit more AND case one of her creations. Check out the Flourishes Blog for all the details!
Before I lose you completely we have some sad news, Danielle is stepping down from the DT. We are going to miss her, please be sure to wish her well for us. Now head on over to the Designers Blogs and see what they are cooking up for the men today:

Mojo291 Fathers Day
Whohoo!!! I got my new stamp in the mail and had to play right away. I couldn't resist the new set called Man Of The Hour from Waltzingmouse Stamps. This set speaks to so many of the men in my life let alone my friends who need cards. The Mojo Sketch this week was perfect for sentiments so I played along. The papers are fun and easy peasy for a guy card I thought. The papers are from the deisng pack Memories by Teresa Collins.
Added some faux stitching around the border and a button twine combo for the corner. I do like how this turned out. Hoping I can play some more this weekend, but got things to do now. Have a great day!

MFTWSC117 Happy Retirement
I get a call yesterday afternoon from hubby saying "hey I need a retirement card for tomorrow night, can you whip something up for me." He likes golf and worked here for 35 plus years. Can I whip something up? "I said what is this your own personal hallmark shop." Sheeesshh... So here is what I *whipped* up. LOL I grabbed the fun Gus Golfer that is from Totally Stampalicious that is no longer in business now. sniff... sniff.... However this was a bugaboo digi they turned into a stamp so check out bugaboo.com . Needed a quick sketch so I checked the MFT Wednesday sketch and used it for the card.
Gus is stamped onto classic white cardstock using memento tuxedo black ink. He is colored with various copic markers.
Die cut using SPellbinders Standard circles and scallop circles that I popped up on dimensionals. My sentiment panel is suppose to look like the flag on the green and I scored around the green panel for fun. Swiss dots for texture on the base and voila. A retirement card done! Hope you have a great day!

FTTC213 You are Amazing
Time for another Timeless Tuesday challenge, and this weeks challenge is sew wonderful. Sewing real or faux. Be sure to check out the FLLC Blog for details and linking your creations. Went with faux stitching and most of you know I have no sewing machine or skills in sewing. ha! Two sets were used for this creation today Inside and Out Congrats and Hearts and Flowers. Both are stamped onto classic white cardstock using memento tuxedo black ink.
My heart is colored with several copic collections:
Once colored I cut around the heart and popped it up on dimensionals. The designer paper is from my scrap bin. I took the beautiful Laurel Venise white lace trim and adhered it to the side of the designer paper. Then I pierced the edge along the side for the faux stitching that I added some lined Gelly Roll Sakura pen to for a shimmer yet hard to see in the photo. Did a tiny bit of the faux stitching under Are in the sentiment as well. Finished it off with a few pink rhinestones and voila! Hope you have a wonderful day!
