Gobble

Gobble - For my dt card for Seems a Little Sketchy, I made a tri-shutter card. It has been a long time since I have made on and it was a lot of fun to do some "paper engineering."

Here is our sketch for this fortnight.

Above is the card closed and here it is open.

My image is Tom Turkey by Robyn's Fetish. I colored him with Copics. Do you like the little scene I made for him?

I surrounded him with some feathers

My designer paper is Teresa Collins Vintage Finds. I inked the edges with Pumice Stone distress ink. The little scrolly things are HC.

I used my pearl pen to make the black pearls.

My sentiment is Studio G.

Here is this fortnights sketch. It is not so pretty to look at, but it is a great sketch to use.

Spring Lamb

Spring Lamb - Don't you just love this sweet little lamb? I do!

It is time for a new sketch at Seems a Little Sketchy and here is my DT card!!!

This is the sketch. What do you think?

We still don't get very many entries at Seems a Little Sketchy and this gives you an excellent chance to win. We are also a fortnightly challenge, so you have 2 weeks to get it in after seeing our DT takes on the sketch.

We even give you our sketches in advance, so you can use a sketch that isn't even live yet. This means that you can use it for a DT card that will go live in the future.

We are sponsored by Robyn's Fetish and I used this sweet little lamb of their's. I colored it with Copic's and added Stickles to the collar. The clouds were made with Tumbled Glass distress ink and a template.

My die cut is a new company for me. It came with the magnetic plates that I recently purchased by Genius. I really love the shape.

My punched border is MS and I added tiny pearls in silver to it. The ribbon is American craft and then I added a black button.

My Sentiment and both punches are SU. I used more of the Frosted Stickles to the edge.

Hog Wild for You

Hog Wild for You - It is time for another sketch at Seems a Little Sketchy. Of course if you checked in with our challenge blog, then you have already had a peek at the sketch. In case you don't know, we have a list of all future sketches in the page area of the blog. This way you will know what is coming and work ahead for DT projects and still get to play along with our sketch. We are hoping that many of you will take advantage of this and join us in getting sketchy.

For my card, I used designer paper from American Crafts XOXO.

Here is our sketch for this challenge.

My image is "I'm hog wild over you" by our sponsor, Robyn's Fetish. I colored the image with Copics and added some Stickles to the girls bow and sleeve. A also used some Diamond Glaze on the glass to make it look and feel like a real glass.

I used SB for the image and it's mat, then added lots of tiny gemstones. It really sparkles!

The hears are made using CM punches, feathers and rose buds.

I hoped you like my card and will join us at Seems a Little Sketchy.

Clear it out Challenge CASE and anything goes - I cased Erin's from the previous challenge.

Teacup

Teacup - It is time for another sketch challenge at Sunday Sketch and Stamp. We are sponsored by Robyn's Fetish.

Here is our sketch. It is a perfect sketch for a double breasted card, so that is what I did. The lighter blue/green paper pulls out.

My flourish is SB. the ribbon roses are SU and I used my Bow Easy to tie the cream and pinkish/red bows. I used one of my Stick Pins from a Stick Pin swap that I participated in. I also used some ivory  lace.

My designer papers are MME Market Street. I am very fond of this paper pad and used almost half of it already. The papers were inked with Tea Dye distress ink.

The pull out piece was punched with a MS punch.

My image is one from our sponsor, Robyn's Fetish. I love this image. After coloring it with Copics, I used a rubber stamp that has cracked lines and stamped using Tea Dye distress inks to add the tiny cracks in the porcelain.

Just Peachy

Just Peachy - It is time for another challenge at Seems a Little Sketchy and we are sponsored by Robyn's Fetish and Delicious Doodles.

My papers are MME Reunion. I love the peaches and blue/green together.

Here is the sketch made by our dear Jenn of Triple J designs.

I received this adorable little gal from Robyn's Fetish to play with. I wasn't to sure, if I liked it; until I colored her. Now I am quite fond of her.

I colored  My Spring Garden with Copics and added Stickles to her hat rim, her sleeves band, the edge of her socks and in the center of the flower on her dress.

My vine is SL. The 4 petal flowers are Petaloo and the peach flower is from Pizzazz Aplenty.

The orange paper is cut with a HC SB and the flower border is MS with Dew Drops on it.

I hope you liked my card and that you will join us in our sketch challenge at Seems a Little Sketchy! It is a fortnightly challenge, so you have 2 weeks to get a card in.

Purple Power

One of team members just got married and we are all so happy for her. If you would like to join the hop from the start go to the Creative Card Crew challenge blog. If you came from blog then you are in the right place.

Congatulation Jan! I wish you and your dashing groom all the happiness that your hearts can hold. You have so many exciting things going on in your live and we are all so happy for you!

I am the end of the hop. You can find pictures of the lovely couple on Jan's blog.

Purple Power - Today's challenge at Creative Card Crew is Purple and lots of it! Purple is such a popular color, so many of you will love this challenge.

All of the papers are pieces that were in my purple scrap drawer. I love it when that happens, but regrettably I have no clue as to the manufacture is.

We are sponsored by Robyn's Fetish who gave us some images to play with. This one is Katie Computer Gal. I think she is adorable and you can get her here.

I colored Katie with Copic's and added some Stickles to her hair ties, sleeves and pant cuffs.

My flower was in my flower bin, I think it was part of a stem at one time. I used a brad in the center and added some Stickles to it.

The leaves are from Pizzazz Aplenty. I coiled some purple wire around a paintbrush and the swirl is a MD die.

My top sentiment is Hot Off the Press and the bottom is Autumn Leaves.

My card for Jan used an image by The Paper Shelter. I used papers from my black scrap drawer. I think they are The Paper Studio and DCWV.

My flower is Creative Impressions with a sparkly brad.

I had to add a feather as Jan wore one in her hair for her wedding.

Sentiment is Hot Off the Press punched with a SU punch and I added 2 pearls made with my silver chrome pearl pen.
