Adventskalender

Eg har ikkje fått vist dekan alt eg lagde før jul. Her er ein Adventskalender eg fekk bestilling på..

Lagde ein til mamma for nokon år sia, og den hadde ho framme då ho hadde besøk.. og då kom da ein bestilling ;)

I have not been shown you everything I made before Christmas. Here is an Advent calendar I got on order.
I made one for my mum a few years ago, and was ahead when she had a visit .. andthen came the order;)

Det er eg sjølv som har designa denne kalender. 

Eg spelar toradar sjølv og då var det kjekt å prøva å laga ein toradarkalendar :) 

Og fekk da brukbart til og :) 

Eg har brukt kraftig kartong til innvendig skjellett

Lim og tape

Litt mønsterpapir i fyrsikkeskene, Distress ink til å sverte med.

I've even made and designed this type of calendar.
I play accordion and it was nice to try to create an accordion calendar:)
And got it usable even:)

I have used heavy cardboard for inside skeleton
Glue and Tape
Bazzill cardstock
Match Boxes, hemp rope, gold ribbon
A little patterned paper inside the match boxes, Distress ink to ink with.
Boss Cut dies - Christmas stars and leaves
Brad and glitter glue

Ny julekalender

Eg har laga ein julekalender til. Samme sort som eg ha laga i eit innlegg lenger nere, men denne er mindre. Ca 20x20x20..mens den andre er ca 25x25x25.. 

Vil du veta korleis eg har laga den, so gå inn i forgje kalender innlegget. 

Her kjem eit bilderas :) 

Da var alle bildene for denne gong. Ser på sleden at ei lita "mus" har vore der før eg tok bildene og pressa litt på eine swirletingen.. Da såg eg ikkje før eg lasta dei inn no.. orkar ikkje å ta nye bilde..

Eg har brukt dei nye julepapira til Ladybug and friends. 

Treene er kutta ut med silhouette maskina. 

Julesleden har eg følgt tutorialsen til Ina

No e da 10grader ute, regn og kraftig vind. Inne kosar me oss med fyr i ovnen og diverse søndagskos..

DT- Digi Doodles Shop`s Best - Ch# 31

Then it is time for a new DT- Card for Digi Doodles Shop`s Best challenge. This week it is "Anything Goes".

I've created a Christmas calendar. 

I do not know if you tend to have such a thing out there in the world but here in Norway this is a great tradition that the kids have .. and some adult .. (Like me ...).

We in Norway are celebrating Christmas on Christmas Eve itself, the 24.dec. So there are 24 "doors" in the calendar. A packet to each day until Christmas Eve.

It is often candy that is wrapped to get in the calendar.

This calendar is made of a box made of cardboard, which I have bought at Panduro Hobby. 

Here is the front with the hatch.

When you open the today "door", you have to cut the thread of the heart. 

The package (Shown here as rolls of paper scraps) that you have attached inside the box (with the thread that runs through the box out to the heart on the outside) falls then into the "ski slope" that is inside the box. 

Then it's just to open the hatch and take the package out..

I have not come up with this my self, but found it at SkreppeHuset`s blog. It`s in Norwegian, but maybe you can understand based on the pictures?

The tree on top of the lid, I have found on You Tube.

The boxes are boxes of matches that I have decorated with paper. These boxes will be for the hearts as you cut them off each day. Then you save them and can use the calendar again next year.

The "doors" have to be over the "ski slope" inside the box or the candy will not fall down the slope.. 

I have 5 "doors" on the front and 6 "doors" at the other sider. And the 24th "door" is on the top. Then you can have a largre package that day.

I have also used a stamp from Digi Doodle Shop

This is called The Perfect Tree. 

I have not spent the whole stamp, but only those two cute kids. I have mirrored a stamp in photoshop and colored them with promarkers.

I cut them out and used 3D pillows between them to make them more stable. I also spent a bit stiff paper between them which I glued onto the lid. This I covered with glitter snow.

Pattern papers I've used on the box are the new Christmas sheets from Ladybug and Friends. On the tree, I have used different pattern which I had lying around.

Eg har sett so mangen som lagar kalender med fyrstikkøskjer..og eg hadde lyst å laga ein slags type eg og.. Både eg og mamma ha spelt toradar i ca 20 år so eg hadde lyst å prøva meg på å laga ein. Mamma som får den..ho blei kjempe gla då ho fekk han. Oog kjeeempe nygjerri på ka som va oppi.. hihihi..
