*UPDATED WITH REGISTRATION CODE* Lower Prices...Limitless Rewards! (SwagBucks)

*UPDATE* Registration Code worth 70 Swagbucks until 11:59pm PT on Friday 11/16: HOLIDAY100S

Hey!

If you guys aren't already familiar with SwagBucks.com, you can check out my prior posts here and here. In basic terms, SwagBucks is a website in which you earn points for rewards by doing offers, watching video, doing surveys, etc.

Since the holiday season is starting up, SwagBucks has decided to lower the point value needed to get gift cards and eliminate the monthly limit until the end of the year.

From SwagBucks: "Starting on November 1st, for the rest of the year the Swagbucks Swag Store will be bringing you lower prices and limitless rewards. To break it down for you, all $5 gift cards will now be 500 Swag Bucks, $10 gift cards will be 1000 Swag Bucks, $25 Gift Cards will be 2500 Swag Bucks and so on. This excludes the $5 Amazon.com, which remains the bargain price of 450 SB.

Now you get more bang for your (Swag) Bucks, and with your leftover Swag Bucks, you can now snag even more rewards, because our old monthly redemption limits (except the $5 Amazon.com Gift Card) will be gone. You’re still limited to 2 rewards per day, but you don’t have to worry about which prizes you’re redeeming, because Swagbucks just expanded your monthly SB budget!"

They have phased out $5 and $10 PayPal gift cards but you can now get a $25 PayPal gift card for only 2500 SBs! That is money that you can transfer from PayPal to your bank account!!

This is a great way to purchase gifts for your family and friends if you do not have the spare cash to do so. Since joining SwagBucks, I have racked up for $440 in Amazon gift cards since 2010. I have used it to buy many beauty items and gifts for family and friends!

If you have any questions, leave me a comment below or send me a email and I will get back to you as soon as possible :)

SwagBucks.com Refresher

Search & Win

Since it has been a while since I last posted about SwagBucks.com and now that I have a bunch of new readers here (HI NEW READERS!), I want to re-introduce SwagBucks.com to you all!

For those of you that don't know, SwagBucks.com is a search and win website in which you earn Swag Bucks that can be redeemed for some pretty cool prizes (keep reading if you want to know what prizes I have redeemed for).

There are many ways to earn on SwagBucks.com. Here is a breakdown of what I usually do:

  • Search: Use the search bar to search for items as you normally would on other search engines, such as Google and Yahoo. You can earn up to 4-5 search wins a day. They search wins are various amounts of Swag Bucks.
  • Special Offers: Many companies offer Swag Bucks in return for signing up for newsletters, watching videos, playing games, etc. Here is where it may be useful to "Like" the SwagBucks Facebook page, to find out what offers are legit and crediting for other members. You may also want to have a separate spam email address for these special offers because you will receive a ton of emails for some of these companies.
  • Trusted Surveys: This is where I earn most of my Swag Bucks. I try to do AT LEAST one survey a day. You may not always qualify for the surveys and it can be frustrating, but keep at it! When you do complete a survey, it really pays off!
  • SwagBucks TV: Watch videos. There are tons to choose from! For every 10 videos, you earn 3 Swag Bucks. You can earn up to 150 Swag Bucks a day from SBTV.
  • SBTV Mobile: If you have an Android smartphone, download the SBTV Mobile app. You can watch videos from your phone and earn up to 50 Swag Bucks a day.
  • Swag Codes: A swag code is released about once a day. The best way to find out if there is a swag code out is to watch the Facebook page and see when everyone is saying "Thanks for the code" on the Wall. If you have downloaded the SwagBucks widget, you can click on "Swag Codes" to find a clue to where you can find the code. Do not ever tell anyone a code, post in on Facebook, etc. because your account will be taken away!
  • Invite and Earn: Refer your friends and family to sign up with your referral link and earn Swag Bucks every time they get a search win (up to 1000 total Swag Bucks).
While those are the main ways I earn Swag Bucks, there are many others! You can complete tasks, print and redeem coupons, trade in items and much more.

If you have made it this far, congrats! I know that was a lot to read!

Now, I will tell you about what I have redeemed my Swag Bucks for. Every month I redeem my Swag Bucks for Five $5 Amazon.com Gift Cards. (You can only redeem 5 of one kind of prize each month and 2 a day, maximum.)

Here is the breakdown:
450 Swag Bucks each  multiplied by 5 gift cards = 2250 Swag Bucks

After I have redeemed for my five $5 Amazon.com gift cards, I start saving up for next month's five and for PayPal gift cards after that, which are 700 Swag Bucks each for a $5 PayPal gift card.

700 Swag Bucks each multiplied by 5 gift cards = 3500 Swag Bucks

So far since I have been using Swag Bucks (since November 2010), I have earned $285 in Amazon.com gift cards.

If you have any questions, please ask me and I will help you the best that I can! Be on the look out for my next post, where I will have a sign up bonus for new registrants and Swag Bucks birthday news!

Help Japan through Swag Bucks!

As most of you have heard by now, on March 11, 2011 Japan was hit with a 9.0 magnitude earthquake, followed by a tsunami. The result of these catastrophic events have left the people of Japan in a state of emergency. Thousands of people are left homeless and thousands are still missing.

Many of you have been looking for ways to help out, whether it may be through monetary gifts or donating clothing and food. For those of you that may not have money to spare, there is still a way to help and that is through donating Swag Bucks.

SwagBucks.com is a search and win website in which you win Swag Bucks by searching, watching videos, completing special offers and special swag codes. It is completely free to sign up and very easy to use!

Now you may be asking, what exactly are Swag Bucks? You can exchange your Swag Bucks for numerous prizes and sweepstakes (known as Swagstakes). These prizes include Amazon gift cards (the most popular and my favorite as well), PayPal money, iPods, video games and more.

Here is how you can help Japan through Swag Bucks. For the past few weeks, Swag Buck users have been able to donate their Swag Bucks, which are being converted into real money that SwagBucks.com is donating directly to All Hands Volunteers, a non-profit organization that assists in disaster relief worldwide.

Here is the conversion chart, provided by SwagBucks.com :
10,000,000 SB = $100,000.00
7,500,000 SB = $73,750.00
5,000,000 SB = $47,500.00
2,500,000 SB = $23,250.00
1,500,000 SB = $13,750.00
1,000,000 SB = $9,000.00
750,000 SB = $6,375.00
500,000 SB = $4,050.00
250,000 SB = $1,925.00
200,000 SB = $1,500.00
135,000 SB = $1,000.00
68,000 SB = $500.00

As of March 24, 2011, over 1,590,335 Swag Bucks have been donated. This converts to over $14,000 US and this number is still growing!

SwagBucks.com has provided me with a 50 Swag Bucks bonus registration code for my readers to help you guys get started on SwagBucks.com. Even if you decide that you don't have time to use the website, you can sign up and donate those 50 Swag Bucks that you get for signing up!

Head over to SwagBucks.com and enter "HelpJapan" (without the quotes, of course!) into the registration section and just verify through your email. You can start earning Swag Bucks right away. To donate your Swag Bucks, head over here and enter the amount of Swag Bucks you want to donate! Donations on the SwagBucks website will conclude May 2, 2011 at 12pm PDT. It is a very simple and fast way to donate, especially if you do not have the spare cash to donate out of pocket!

For those of you that may be a bit skeptical about this website, I have earned over $100 in Amazon gift cards since joining the website in November 2010! =]

*I was not paid to post this. SwagBucks.com had provided me with a bonus registration code for the readers of this blog.
