Occasionally, a TV [or radio] announcer will pop up during a song and say "concierto" in a very low, deep voice. I can't explain why, but the sound quality kind of goes south during the last 3 songs on disc 2. There's a healthy amout of distortion that comes from out of nowhere.

On the other hand, these are only CDrs, definitely not silver CDs!

These AR bootlegs really deserve your download. Made in Moscow, they are not home-made even if released in very small units.

This one ROCKS THE HOUSE BIG TIME! The sound is brilliant! I TV broadcast of this concert on VHS lying around somewhere, so I have a feeling that this audio was taken from the same television broadcast, but I can't say for sure as I recieved these cds in the mail years ago. Comments: I forked over a lot of money for an original silver-cd copy of this bootleg back in 1997 [the year it was released], and instantly detected a couple of flaws in the recording [notably during 'skin trade' if memory serves correctly, which i believe it does]. I wound up having to edit these flaws out, and now it's perfectly clean. So much for 'professional' bootleggers. I had to omit the official 'We Need You' bouns track, as it is the complete official/b-side tacked on at the end of the CD.

Notes: This is the final show of the "Greatest And Latest", and the best bootleg of that tour. The audio quality is an excellent soundboard, and the tracklist is nearly complete (just "Is there Something I Should Know?" and "Virginia Plains" are missing). The show was aired in a Japanese TV, so the video version is also available. All the greatest hits of their history are here, and the performance is very good. My favourite songs are "Friends Of Mine", "Careless Memories", "Secret Oktober" and "All She Wants Is". Simon sings all the hits with energy and passion. The songs are performed in their original "album" or "single" version and no different arrangements are here, included "Secret Oktober" which is performed in its slow version. During "Rio", Simon introduces a special guest: ANDY HAMILTON playing the sax solo! Even if you are not a collector, you should have this cd: this is the definitive Duran Duran "Greatest Hits" in an excellent LIVE version.
