Oh Mia!

So Mia asks me today if the baby is going to come out of my mouth, or am I just going to explode?! Hmmmm...how to answer this one...???

Max's Big Adventure!

Max has been working really hard the last two weeks at school to earn quarters (he gets a quarter at the end of the school day if he gets ALL his stamps on his progress report) so that he can ride on the 'city bus'! He had to earn 10 quarters and today he earned his last one! He was SOOOO excited! Roy got home early and they hopped on the bus and went to 'the city' aka the Carlsbad Outlets to get an ice cream! I am so proud of the Max man. He has been doing really well...and is really motivated by quarters! Love ya buddy! Good Job!

Max's first crush!

This past weekend we made our way out to Arizona (do not even attempt to go there. It's HOT! I mean REALLY HOT!) for Roy's cousin Laura's nuptials. My kids got to go the temple with us and waited outside (I know, child abuse, right?!) and when Laura came out, they nearly peed their pants! Max did not leave her side the entire rest of the day! You can tell by this picture that he had a bit of a 'crush' on Princess Laura:) So CUTE!

My son, the Rebel!

Max just started his first year of soccer and is loving it! He is on the 'Rebels' and they are...well, they suck...but they don't know it:) That's the beauty of being six! They are just stoked to kick the ball...We are having a blast being Max's cheerleaders from the side lines! Mostly we yell things like, "Max, pay attention!" or "No Max, kick the ball the OTHER way!" lol! He is a good sport...and doesn't he look so darn cute in his uniform!?

Mia started Preschool!

Mia started preschool today! One of my girlfriends put together a little class at her house twice a week and it seems like Mia really loved it...It also gives me a little FREE time. (Nordstrom Rack was a fabulous experience without kids. You should try it!!)

Max's first day of 1st Grade!

Max started his first day of 1st grade toady! He was really excited to get there, but once he was there he got a little scared. I just can't believe my little man is old enough for elementary school! CRAZY:)
