Kill The Nice Guy è un trio formatosi a Firenze nel 2003. La formazione vede Marianna (già sulle fila di Royalfrog, Camel Lips e Controflow) alla voce e chitarra, Irene al basso e Neri (già Neuroderma) alla batteria. Nel 2005 partecipano al Taubertal di Rothenburg (Germania) come miglior band italiana, dividendo il palco con Mando Diao e Bad Religion. Nel 2007 vincono la 19° edizione del Rock Contest di Controradio che da inizio ad un’intensa serie di esibizioni live, dividendo il palco con gruppi come Gang Of Four, L'Enfance Rouge, Gogol Bordello e altri. Hanno appena ultimato l'EP "This is a toy for a child/ This is a toy for a man" ed il video del brano "Lula" realizzato da Graziano Staino.
Il sound è quello del grunge/noise rock più genuino, dove non c'è spazio per fronzoli e patinature.
