D is for Dragonflies

We are at D this week on the Alphabet Challenge Blog, and for my DT card I have used one of my lovely House Mouse stamps again, colouring in with a combination of Copics, watercolouring and Sakura Metallic gel pens!  I used some freebie BP from a magazine, and the sentiment is by Elzybells, finally finishing with some metallic nailheads and a dragonfly brad.

Stars and Swirls

I am a bit late posting this card this week!  I thought I had already done it, getting confused with what blog is what I think!!  Anyway, the theme on My Time To Craft this week is Stars and Swirls, and for my DT card I used a Cuddly Buddly image and coloured her in with Sakura pens which I watercoloured out.  The stars are cut with a Quickutz die and the little swirls are punched.

Hats

The new theme on My Time to Craft Challenge blog is Hats. I used a Cuddly Buddly stamp, Charley, and coloured her in with a variety of my pens, Sakuras, Marvy Le Plumes etc. I matted her using Nestabilities onto pp's and added Primas and a message to finish.

Feelin' Hot Hot Hot!

The theme on Papertake Weekly is Feelin' Hot Hot Hot, using hot colours. I covered my card in orange paper, then stamped a bird image twice in Versacolours inks and clear embossed them, then matted it onto yellow and green, and did the same with the greeting. I punched out some flowers and made orange centres with a Gelly Glaze pen.

Wings

The theme on Small World of Inchies is Wings, so I have made a pair of inchies using my Invoke stamps, a couple of Colorbox inks and a small tapestry stamp. I coloured in the butterflies with Sakura glitter pens and some Stickles.

All That Glitters

The challenge on Papertake Weekly is All That Glitters. I need to make a card for someone so I used my little cute Funky Fairy and Stickled her hair and dress and Sakura Glitter Gel penned the other bits! Then I matted it on to some pink glitter paper, and punched out some flowers and Stickled the centres and then drew stitches round the edge with a Galaxy Marker pen.

Happy Easter

I run a monthly rubber stamped ATC swap on Craft Swap Forum and this month the theme is Easter.

Here is one of the atcs I have made using one of my lovely House Mouse stamps, stamped in black Versafine and coloured in with Sakura glitter pens and water colouring with Marvey Le Plumes. I then stamped round the edges with several of my tapestry stamps.
