Frosty Winter
I came across a Moo challenge blog while looking at a friend's blog called Moo-Mania and More and remembered how much I loved making these, it must be about 8 years since I have made any so thought it was time I made some more! I don't have much space or energy these days so these are just right! The current theme is Frosty Winter so I used one of my lovely little tree stamps, a couple of Tim Holtz words and punched some snowflakes from a Martha Stewart border punch.

12 Month Challenge - January
It is a new year and we have a new challenge from The Craft Barn - the 12 Month Challenge. Every 3 weeks we will be given a verse from Sara Coleridges's Poem, The Months. Also there will be something else to be included and this month it's a bird in wellies! So please excuse my feeble attempt at drawing some wellies as even though I am convinced that somewhere I have a stamp I cannot find it anywhere! I have decided to go with the same format as last year's challenge as I have enough blank pages left from it to do this year's and again I intend to use a mixture of backing papers, stamps and embellishments from my stash mountain to try and reduce it!

Gruffies & Guests Ch# 30 - Add a Number
I recently posted the halfway reminder for Gruffies & Guests Ch#30 - Add a Number. I made a cute 1st birthday card using one of my very first House Mouse wooden stamps to join my collection many years ago and coloured it in with Promarkers and Copics. Shaz set the theme this time and has kindly provided a fab prize so pop on over and take part for a chance to win!

Clean and Simple?
The new two weekly challenge on The Craft Barn just caught my eye as it is Clean and Simple and that it has to include a sentiment and a flower. I have just made this card for a friend and as my crafting time is very limited these days I didn't have time to add lots of embellishments and bits and bobs, so hopefully this will fit the criteria!

Genny is kindly offering a fab prize of a £10 Joanna Sheen voucher so pop on over to the blog and take part.
For my DT work I used some old DCWV papers that have been in my stash for many a year and some cute House Mouse stickers!

Pastel Flowers
I have made an anniversary card for my mum and dad and am going to enter it into a couple of challenges. I have used patterned paper for the matting and also to punch out the flowers and butterflies. The image is printed from a Jayne Netley Mayhew CD.
Butterfly Challenge - P is for Patterned Paper plus Butterflies.
The Craft Barn - Something Flowery - has to include a hand made flower - I have used paper punches to make mine.

Happy Anniversary!
I made an anniversary card for a relative and went for less is more on this one, which is very unlike me! I used Distress Ink, a Martha Stewart punch and HOTP stamp.
I am entering this for the Butterfly Challenge - Butterflies plus R is for Ribbon.

Calendar Challenge - January
The Craft Barn's new challenge for 2015 is a Calendar Challenge, and each month we will be given a colour and a word that we have to incorporate. This month we have Aqua and Snowflakes.
Anyone who followed me on last year's challenge will know I like to use beer mats and yes I have decided to use them again this year to make a small pocket book calendar! At the end I will bind it with my Bind It All. I have decided to make a perpetual calendar so have typed out all the months and dates to cut up and use and I found an ideal Crafty Individuals stamp in my collection to use for the first challenge.

Gruffies & Guests Ch# 5 - Anything Goes with the Option of Spring
I have just posted the halfway reminder over on Gruffies & Guests for Challenge #5 - Anything Goes with the Option of Spring. There is a great prize to be won, which is a $10 voucher from Di's Digi Stamps, so pop on over and have a go.
For my DT work I made a card using an image and bp from one of the House Mouse CD's and some Martha Stewart punched butterflies to embellish. I love forget-me-nots and we have plenty of them in the garden every Spring!

Gruffies & Guests Ch# 3 - Fit for Mum or Special Female.

My DT work is made using one of my rubber stamps. The colouring isn't brilliant, the baby looks a little odd! But I'm sure his mum loves him!

Happy Birthday
I needed to make a batch of birthday cards recently, and as the Alphabet Challenge Blog's current challenge is Happy I can enter this for it! It's quite a simple card, made using an image from an old birthday card I received, and although I love inky and messy I also quite like clean and simple too!

W for Winter White
The new theme on the Alphabet Challenge Blog for the next 3 weeks, is W for Winter White. I chose this theme this time as I thought it would be nice to see some all white work! I cut the large snowflake on my Cricut. It's hard to get decent photos these days with the bad light!

Our prize this month is a fab £10 voucher from Lili of the Valley - so go on over and enter for a chance to win!

The Cupboard Trilogy Ch#4 - Things With Wings
Goodness we are up to our 4th challenge already now on The Cupboard Trilogy challenge blog, and for this month the theme is Things With Wings. I decided to make my DT LO using photos I have taken in the garden of butterflies and insects. I used some pretty K & Co bp which didn't need a great deal adding to it really so just popped a few bits here and there!
Sparkles Christmas Challenge #21 - Traditional
A new theme for the month of October on Sparkles Christmas Challenge, and this time it is Traditional. We are sponsored for this challenge by Joanna Sheen with a £10 voucher and Robyn's Fetish with a $10 voucher, so go on over and take part for a chance to win. Christmas isn't far away now we are in October!
For my DT work I used a traditional Santa image on my card and used a Martha Stewart punch for the snowflakes and a Tim Holtz die for the swirl.

Ruby's Rainbow Challenge #37 - Bingo
For this challenge on Ruby's Rainbow Challenges, Shaz has chosen to do a Bingo theme - pick a line going in any direction from the grid and use the items named. For my DT work I made a card using the Lace, Flowers and Buttons diagonal line. The image is one of my old favourite Hero Arts stamps, and I used a MS lace punch for the lace.
