Wedding Day
Our niece is getting married in a couple of weeks and when I saw the challenge on Tuesday Taggers was Wedding Day I thought it would be a good chance to get the card made without leaving it until the last minute like I usually do! This didn't turn out how I had planned because of a smudge of ink in the wrong place, but hopefully they will like it! I stamped my Popcorn wedding image and coloured in with Distress Inks and Copics and Promarkers! I inked the background too, which I hadn't intended to, but I had managed to get a smudge of ink on the side so needed to cover it. I used Joanna Sheen lacey bps and cut the mat on my Slice, finishing off with some Liquid Pearls, roses and leaves cut with a Leone Em punch.

G is for Green
This week we are up to G on the Alphabet Challenge Blog, and I chose G for Green (it's my favourite colour!). I used a Sugar Nellie stamp, Maggie, for my DT work, colouring her in with Copics and adding her to a green background, doodling round the edges. I finished with a Card Candy greeting and spots (not sure what they are called!), flowers and Liquid Pearl blobs!
I have put a DT call on the blog this week as we are looking for a couple of new members, so please pop over and take a look!

First DT Card for Magical Crafts Challenge!
I was delighted to be chosen to be on the Design Team for Magical Crafts Fortnightly Challenge following their recent DT call, and this is my first DT card for them. The new challenge is a sketch and is sponsored by Simon Says Stamp so pop on over and have a go! I made my card using pretty Daisy and Dandelion papers, and coloured my image (will edit this post when I have checked who it is made by - it is upstairs and I am downstairs!) with Copics. I used a Cuttlebug die for the corners and added a Card Candy sentiment and some Primas and punched leaves and Liquid Pearl blobs to finish!
ETA - the image is by Nellie Snellen!

Cupcake Cutie Fhiona
I made this cute little card using a delightful little stamp from Your Next Stamp, available from Make The Day Special, and she is called Fhiona! I coloured her in with Copics, and matted her onto mats cut with Nesties edging the main one with Liquid Pearl dots.. Not sure what the pp's are, I have had them a while! The word stamp is from a Unity March 2010 kit, Adventures in Happiness, also available from Make The Day Special.

Skating Snowy
Skating Snowy is one of my favourite Christmas Penny Black stamps, and I have used him for this week's challenge on Winter Wonderland, which is to use the colours Candy Cane Red and White. I coloured him with Marvy Le Plume pen and added glitter glue to his hat. The greeting is also a Penny Black stamp. I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background, and some K & Co, stripey paper that makes my eyes go funny! I embellished with Martha Stewart punched snowflakes, Card Candy and Liquid Pearls.

Purple Tag with Text
I found another challenge blog I hadn't seen before while hopping yesterday - DragonsDream Tag It On - and as I love making tags I had to have a go. The current challenge is - Text it to me - Make it Purple! So I used Dusty Concord and Milled Lavender Distress Inks, a purple Glimmer Mist which doesn't show up too well on the photo and an assortment of stamps and embellishments to make my tag!
