I'm not sure how this magazine fared in places other than California and Florida during the Winter.

Here's the second part of SurfToons #12 dated September 1968 continued from last week. The art was generally more stylized than the East coast humor magazines like Mad and Cracked.

Surf-Toons #12, 1 of 3

Here's another one of the cartooning magazines the car and teen company Petersen Publishing put out that were the only humor magazines published on the West Coast.

This was the 12th issue of Surf-Toons published in September 1968.
