Naughty Nun Makeup/Costume

Bless me father, for I must sin. Haha! This is my makeup and costume from last Saturday. Pics from my party are posted below after the break.

Eyes (all applied in this order):
Coastal Scents Shadow worx eye primer (applied to upper lid, blending in gently with ring finger)

Darling Girl Cosmetics Glitter Glue (applied all over upper lid with ring finger)

NYX - Hilight (applied under the brow and blended downward lightly toward just above the crease)

Morgana - Concubine (crease and brow bone)
Morgana - Goblet (all over lid blended into crease)
Morgana - Harbinger (outer crease and outer 2/3 of lower lash line)
NYX Baked Eyeshadow - Supernova (inner corner/V and 1/3 of inner lower lash line)

e.l.f. Essential Expert Liquid Liner - Jet Black (applied to upper lash line and winged outward and inward)
Essence Maximum Definition Mascara - Black (lower lashes)

Sobe Tinted Illusionist (applied all over face/neck with a large powder brush)

NYX blush - Taupe (applied just below the cheek bones to contour)

Arimaleigh Blush - Corset (applied to cheek bones and blending back toward the hair line)

Dramatic, Smoky Winged Eyeliner Makeup Look

A couple weekends ago we went to a Toga themed Birthday party. My hubby and I both weren't sure about what to wear. At first, he wanted to go buy cheesy sheets from a thrift store. I was not up for that. Then we thought we'd go to a craft store and get some decent fabric to make our costumes. THEN we decided to just use what we have since we couldn't find any good fabric to use. Jason ended up using some old fabric I had sitting in the garage, untouched for years. That crap was heavy, but he went with it anyway. I went with a sarong/wrap that I bought almost 10 years ago, wore a long black skirt, and used a silver metal belt to keep it in place. I also wore jewelry I already had on hand and went for a sort of Greek Goddess look. I think it turned out okay.

I used powder foundation that matches my skin tone, to cover my whole eye area.
NYX blush - Taupe (applied just in the crease)
Sugarpill - Bulletproof (applied with a synthetic liner brush to upper and lower lash line and winged outward then softened with a blending brush)
Kryolan HD Cream Liner - Ebony (waterline)
Essence Maximum Definition Mascara - Black (1 coat)

Eyebrows: e.l.f. Baked Eyeshadow - Burnt Plum (applied with a synthetic angled liner brush)

Wet n Wild Fergie Creme Lipstick - Bebot Love

Dark Red Eye Makeup Look

This was from a couple weekends ago. I went out clubbing where my hubby occasionally DJ's. I decided to wear a lot of red which went well with my red and black outfit (post on that will come later).

Ladies Night: Neutral Purple Eye Makeup Look

Last Saturday was our monthly Ladies Night gathering. I've been trying to keep it up with making sure we have something every month so we stay in touch and have a fun night regularly. We went out to eat and have drinks at Gordon Biersch. I had never been there before but it was pretty good. The night was a lot of fun other than having a guy projectile barf right by our table. *shudders* I had to think happy thoughts and not allow myself to breathe through my nose for a bit!

Smoky, dark teal eye Makeup Look

My goth club makeup from last Friday. I went out with friends to the once a month night my hubby DJ's. As usual, we had so much fun! I'm looking forward to the next event for sure!

No, I did not cut my hair. I used foam rollers to curl it then pinned up most of the length in the back. :-)
