Someting Odd...

                                                the "Kitchen Ghost" (as visitors call it...)

                    more like a "skull"... pic was shot of my brother  working on thr kitchen...
                          Stood in many  different spots... but could not see "face" again....

That was a Good One....

                           
did a "Magic Trick"... without even trying... was using a simple "Dowsing" device that we we made the other day to check for magnetic anomalies (was having phone issues).. and they crossed ,... then the "force" moved forward (pressing the rods (held very loosely) quickly at me then backed off just as fast... (knocking a pill bottle across the floor as it retreated...
                   
Spooky "ghost" activity.... did Not expect "it" right in front of me... (and seem to have "caught IT by "surprise" as well) All in front of a Visitor...  Not something that we could just "explain" to guest... (they were rather "shocked"...  Never a dull moment....

Visitors to My Home Attacked...

"Something" kept throwing Shampoo Body wash, and the bar of soap at him and her in the bathroom the other night.. then likes to Bang loudly on the ceiling above the tub...
                 
Do not know if it does Not like them ... or is just being "playful"... this is Not how it normally does to visitors... usually much more "subtle" in its actions... especially messes with him should he enter my bathroom... (he asks his girl to accompany him if he has to enter that room....

cannot help but to laugh about it scaring them... Though it does not normally throw things at visitors..

                      How do I "rationally" explain these things to my young Friends ??

Did Not Know What to Post....

          A Friend's brother dropped by with a bit of food-stuffs for me... Kind of him to do so...

Friends Visiting....

We got our "Captain up to level of "Guard"... (Playing as "Knight" class in Adventures, 1,700+ points to reach 6th level... 5th level was of "Man-at-Arms" rank)....

                               (and it is a "Skeksis", from the film, "Dark Crystal"....)

How about a bit of "May Monster Madness" with "V" for Vampires.... and my favorite (female) Vampire... from"Buffy"... "Drucilla.....                     
                

             (other than "Harley Quinn", the only female of  my 1/6th scale figures....)

                          This video is a good "tribute" to the mad character....
                                   and "This" house "is" Haunted, as well....

we live with this "issue"... (often will "spook" visitors" Tends to "choose" who it messes with... though sometimes... it will go off in front of everyone.... Not your "everyday problem".... oh well....)

                    really wish "what" I saw tonight .... was a "peaceful-looking" as this.....
                  Not your "average"Problems" that most folk have to deal with....
                                      the "Ghost" has been active today......
A Friend , who has been coming by to visit almost every night for nearly four months.... the "Ghost" (for lack of a better "term")..... slammed loudly right behind him.... the piece of wood  (the "source" of the Sound) had not moved.....  then for the next while it would mess with the back door.... and was very active in the side room till other visitors arrived.... He never doubted me having told him of the "Ghost".... but till today (just a bit after  dark) he had never "witnessed" anything......

and a "Dark Presence" was in my Kitchen earlier.... that is the worst that we have ever been afraid of these "Things"..... still badly shaken..... Not going into Any "details" of that "encounter"..... but we will never get the image of that "Thing" out of my mind as long as I live......
           
The "hood" was not "oval" but more of a round hole.... and the "Robe".... appeared to have been made of thin very old and cracked leather-like skin.... and it just dropped by ..... I hope that it Never returns.... Not something we ever want to see again..... still badly shaken.....
We are actually "scared" of what we saw..... and , over these years we have seen more than a few "ghostly" things here ..... ..... just at a loss....

Still have This as a Problem...

                         Not your everyday "problem" that most folks have to deal with....
My "House Ghost" (actually the one in the Background... with its "skeletal hand" over the mouth of the Main ghost in this image....
          Was sitting here at the time the pic was randomly taken with my Friend's cell phone....
                                   we saw nothing..., but, the cell phone's camera did...!!!

just How am I Supposed to React to a Ghost....???

just stepped back into the living room with my coffee that I just made.... and sitting on my couch was my Uncle (whose house this was)... that is one that we have never seen before... he just sat there staring at me for 5 or 6 seconds and just vanished... he looked sad... (he died in the late 80's...)

... I just usually leave them to do whatever they are going to do.... it could get "upset" with me if I attempted to "interfere"... still their presence can be a bit "unnerving"....
Things like this are not the typical problems that most folk have to deal with.... what am I to do...???
                        was not "afraid" of his apparition.... just made me feel rather "sad"....
now some of the other "things" (for lack of a better term) are indeed "scary"... went to town for a few minutes... and left my visitor here... return home and he is standing outside....
 seems that the "Thing" in the house had started "messing" with him right after I left...

Yeah,.....Right ....

Stay here a few weeks ... or pick some "Haunted Place"... if there is "anything" there .... we can "stir it up " a bit for you.... get you a bit of "activity".... you can stay and Film... we will be Leaving             ...                       Good Luck ... You Would Need it...

                                        Not the type of "every day" problem...
                       And do Not wish to "Piss it Off".... things could get "Bad"....

Finally Got a Look at the Other "Thing" in the Ghost Photo...

a Friend of mine pulled up this image on his I-Phone... ( it has much better "pixelation" for a much more detailed image)  .. We told him the section of the picture upon which to focus...

and now I know why that computer guy got so "freaked-out"... the "Thing" has a skull for a head ... and very large protruding eyes... and I have to live here with it...!!!
.... would like to have that quality of this image and a way to run "Color Filters" over it to try to figure out "What" it is....

Now That We have Scared Ourself.....

        The story of the Hole.... That brought  back some long ago memories....

                  Besides , we have more current "Things" with which to deal......
                                    it has been a bit more "Active" lately.....
          It had been messing with the blanket that we hung (to keep any "warmth" in this room)....
It passed by the doorway last week while a Friend was visiting..... A "shadow" passed the hanging blanket.... But, there was Nothing visible passing the gap at the bottom..... So, it cast a Shadow and nothing was there to do so..... My Friend has encountered it before but was still startled at its "activity"..... This is one of the reasons that we keep the lights on ... even during the day.... And "it" is more active during the day .... seldom shows itself to me ... but it does enjoy "spooking"  visitors to my home.... some of whom vow to never return.... saying "There's Something in that house"......

A Great Friday To You.....

The Neighbor, whose dog attacked me came by to see how I was doing before he left for work....
... that was very considerate of him.... and we "watched our language" when speaking to him yesterday.... he is an ex-preacher.....

                 Maybe today will go well.... Not expecting any Friends this weekend....
A Friend (whom we haven't seen in some time ) came by last night.... He was the one that stayed in the side room for a few months about two years ago....  he could not believe the Ghost picture... (the thing in the hall used to often "mess' with him during his stay....  the only picture that he had ever seen was the one that he took with his cell phone... ( (looked like a black explosion with orange and red ) it was in almost the same spot... He went off at me for nearly a week after that about my "Ghost".... even to the point of a rant or two in front of visitors about my "damned Ghost"....

                            Another who knows that there is "something" in my home.....
He even had to take a picture of my posted image , to show to others..... thus backing up his tales of the Ghost and how it would "hang out" in my small hallway.....

Sims Update.....

                                Wow, We have a "Ghost" as a player character.... cool.....

 She was killed off in another lot... then we saw that she was listed a still "living" there.... some how this created a "playable Ghost" (Never had one before...)
                                     Now to figure out "How" to repeat this "process" ....
 
                                           We do have the Cenobites.....

                                     And my favorite ,.... "the Chaterer" Cenobite.....

"Zombies", and "Vampires" we can make as a "playable" character.... This is the First "Ghost"...

And there is the Old Stone Family Home.....

 
old Mr. Stone was a mean-spirited , cruel, Hateful Man... and known to be quite "violent , short-tempered. and violent"......
  Located just down from a church... Now all remaining are the decaying few out-buildings ... (small sheds...) witness thing there with others... It would Slam the doors upstairs.... that was when you left... after a few "Slammings" it could get worse ... just wants you "Off of His property"....!!!
Someone finally burned this evil house ... but He is Still There....
    We have Lots of Strange things (unexplained / "paranormal") in this area of North Carolina....


                         Seems the evil hateful man may have "stuck around the old family home.....

My Old School.... continued....

                                     We will call the "it" a "ghost" for now.....
The Old stairwell...... we often played there as a kid.... with short steeply-angled Rails.... And huge box-like posts.... always a a bit dark inside... with its two large windows for lighting....
 we found something there.... an illusive (seemingly "playful" "ghost")... we would toss rocks up to the 3rd floor landing... you could hear the rock hit the wooden floor-boards and do a few bounces across the wooden floor... it would toss them back to us (sometimes taking almost a full minute before tossing them the rock back...)... we though this was great ... more than a few of my young friends and other kids witnessed this as well... (many never went back during the hours (or days that there was no school in session....)
... this went on for a couple of years.... the only 'bad" thing that had ever happened was my cousin threw a rock as well ... he was very "rude" to it ... cussing at it as he started up the stairs to confront "whoever" was tossing back the rocks... it had not thrown his rock back yet... about that time he got his rock back ... right in the forehead....!!!      ( drawing blood)...
upon our return home he tried to tell our parents about what had happened...( I had never told my parents, for fear of being told that we not allowed back there)... of course No one believed him.....
                                   this went on for about a couple of years....
Over Winter Vacation me and two Older friends... His sister was in 8th grade... went to the old schoolhouse....
 after a bit we went to toss rocks with the "ghost"....It did so for a bit then just stopped tossing them back... after a bit we turned to leave... we heard the sounds of heavy chains... (thinking that Someone was just trying 'scare" us ,  her brother lead the way to the top landing.... both doors locked ... the only things we saw were our last few rocks.... about that time the same sounds were heard downstairs ... so we went back down.... again all doors locked... Then from upstairs again ,,, then down... after 4 or 5 trips up and down the staircase... we decided to just give it up.....
... About that time , we heard a loud noise from upstairs, followed by the sound of breaking glass.....
... we stepped back a bit from the large dark opening to the Stairwell.... then came the sound of "chains" again.... This time being dragged down the old wooden steps..... Through the high window  We we saw two red dots ("Eyes"???) and a blacker darkness descending the stairs...
              ... It stopped the the doorway ... that was when we got a better look.....
A black Shadow of a "thing" ...ragged-looking... sharp jagged shoulders (a similar shape to is "neckless" head),.....  With curved "teardrop" shaped Glowing Red Eyes...!!!!
we noticed that it seemed so tall because it was actually "floating" about a foot above the ground.....
The only light we had at the back of the school was down at the gym, so all was only dimly lit....
 it just hovered there ...... suddenly,... it raised its (for lack of a better word . "arms") lifting high above its head, like two wings of ragged black cloth.... let out a scream and came for us ,... laughing all the way.... we ran as fast as we could ...it was right behind us all the way..... we reached the light of the bus parking lot ... standing beneath the light ... It stopped at the corner of the building after just a bit it turned around and slowly bobbed away moaning loudly....
          Scared us so badly that my friend's sister was crying and had "wet' herself....
                                        Never went back after dark again....
 As for the last sounds from Upstairs... the following day "Mr. James" was cleaning up the broken glass from the door ... someone" broke all of the panes of the one door....All of the glass was on the Outside of the door , thus smashed out from "inside" the locked building.... By the positioning of the broken glass appears that is was from the door slamming very hard against the bricks of the wall on the outside of the door.... there  was even a freshly chipped spot on the old bricks where its heavy brass handle had impacted...
              That was My encounter with it...... Then it killed that poor little girl......
                                       5th grade again.... later in the school year.....
We had been excused to go to the bathroom (located in the Stairwell) and was about to exit rest room ... That is when we heard her scream... quickly followed by other screams.... A bout 20 feet away lay her body, some blood already beginning to pool next to her head..... "Mr Thompson" ( his first year teaching there) was the first adult on the scene... he quickly ran off the other kids....
Official story she was trying to slide down the short rail (With a full backpack on as well, she was young  and not much taller than the railings... How would she have even "mounted the rail...???
   we talked to several of the students who saw what happened... they all told me the same thing...
"She was snatched up off the stairs and lifted up by her backpack ... she screamed and it dropped her"..... the blood stain was still on its wooden floor ( Though the custodians had scrubbed it many times) and still there the day they tore it down....
         It was suddenly announced that the school would be torn down that summer vacation....

One from My Childhood....

       the old Beaver Dam Academy ..... this was the older part of my Elementary School.....
       Beaver Dam was the old name for the Town on the northern side of the RR tracks.....
This old structure was torn down in 73' or 74'.... we attended 5th grade in one corner of this old structure......That following Summer , as we stood around watching the workers tear down the school, we watched as the first (three) impact landed upon the roof of my old class room on the corner....
(it took three droppings of the huge steel ball... cracked the roof ... the next drop we saw as it brought down roof upon the very desk that I had sat in for that school year.... ( yes, Not only were All of the Desks still in the building..... so was "Everything" else .... even all of the schoolbooks ...)
... me and a couple of other neighborhood kids were inside of the other section of the building breaking windows ... and down the hall , you could watch that end of the building being torn down ... just down the hall ... (All of the ,"old and heavy" brass handles and fixtures were left behind as well)
 As we would enter a classroom all was as it should look ... neat rows of desks , each facing the desk and chair of the teacher as well as the 2 to 3 large green slate chalk boards at the front of each classroom.... (the chalk dusters and a few pieces of chalk still resting there...) Only the books (neatly stacked) upon desks at the front of each classrooms were the only odd thing not where it would normally set....
... The central Stairwell..... By the time the workers were beginning to start tearing down this section
the Custodian and a worker made us leave the building.... "Mr. James" slightly "scolded" us (more so to make it look like we were being fussed at , for the benefit of the worker, who was "upset" at the fact that we had been in the building.... thus the "concerned" worker went back to work ... "Mr. James" laughed a bit a slapped one kid on the shoulder and walked over to the rest of the small crowd that had gathered by now....
          The Central Stairwell.... (We will tell you much more about this "Stairwell" in our next post)......This Thing would not 'come down' ... they were beating the hell out of this section with that huge steel ball .... the first hit went great ( the crane operator got to break a window of his own.... the the huge multi-framed window of the third floor landing of the Stairwell....)  ... After many more Strikes  (by now he was pulling the arm of the crane way back before swinging)... Finally, the top two floors collapsed down crushing the first floor .... it did so with a loud rumbling "Boom"......
 This let loose the thickest dust cloud we have ever seen.......
           ... the "creepy" thing about this dust cloud was the fact that id did Not "dissipate"...!!!!
This cloud (2 to 3 stories in height) became a rapidly advancing thick Wall of Dust and darkness that went right up the street in front of the old school... ( Still not weakening on force or size... we watched as it crossed the next road over after that block it continued on till it had passed from our sight ... leaving in its path a thick layer of grey-brown dust....
... The "dust cloud only traveled the One direction.... very little dust went anywhere else.....
Other than the few 'personal" items taken by the staff "Everything of the school was Buried.....
... For the next year we had all new desks and books.... and very little was ever spoken about the old building by the staff and they would become "irritated" and tell you "well, it gone..." and send you away....
........ A bit of "creepy" childhood memories about the Stairwell... and "What" was there.....
 got to take a Break for now..... We Type so very slowly....

A Couple of Tales from the Night Shift....

           About 15 years ago we worked the 3rd shift at a convenience store....
A couple of times we would see a young man in the store , but, when we went to see if we could be of assistance ... he would vanish...!!! He looked to be in his early 20's , with sandy blond hair and wearing a beige "polo" shirt (with thin white stripes and a white collar) ...
 The one time he was facing the soda machine ... as I approached he turned and quickly "faded" away.....
 ... the other is one night an elderly man entered the store , first of all was his clothing seemed Very "out of date"... He entered and looked around in amazement ... He then stated (with a bit of an accent) "Such wonders..... Why, little Moglie  (from "Jungle Book") never saw such wonders in the cave of treasures".... and He spent a few moments looking around ... the "medications" seemed to be of particular interest to him... He even held up a common cold medication.. and stated in disbelief that "A cure for the Fever".... "what will they think of next?"... he placed the item back and bid me good evening... I came out from behind the counter and stepped outside ... there was No sign of him... not even any cars passing by at that time...
     We were just thinking on our walk who was he, and why all the "out-dated" references...???
                   Across the street was a large Graveyard... could they have come from there...???

A Bit on My Own Ghost......

 
                                         We realized something a few weeks ago......
Though we have never seen this "figure" before this picture was taken..... it was only recently that we realized where we had seen it before......
   a few years back , only a couple of days short of my Birthday..... a "spectral Face" appeared in my darkened bedroom...... It hovered above near the closed door..... other than a slight bobbing motion it was just in that one spot...we tried to convince ourself that it was only a bit of light shining through the closet into my very dark room.... as we assured ourself that this was the case .... the ghostly glowing "face" floated down and then to the foot of my bed at my feet....!!! it just hovered there looking at me with empty eyes.....  whenever I moved the least it would again return to me bed ... only inches from my feet.... as it would move close to something , its pale bluish glow faintly illuminated a few inches from this "face"...... I was getting really scared ... and home alone (as usual) so left alone in the darkness with this "thing"......
 The face was horrifying....!!!! seemed to be made up of many tiny fragments ... much like "pixels" ... and they did Not move in synch with the other parts of its "Face".... Black emptiness for the Mouth and Eyes.... upon some of its "dip down and bob up" movements , it would leave a "light trail"... sort of the shape of a ragged Nike "swoop" ... this entity continued to terrorize me for the entire night.....  !!!!
   the glowing "trail" finally became sort of a "body for this thing... Though there was a big gap between the "body" and the "Face"..... We were too scared to do anything ... and any sound or even slight movements that I made caused it to turn its attention back to me.... too scared to even close my eyes....(Mostly out of Fear of it hovering just above my face when we once again opened my eyes.... If that had happened we would have completly "Lost my Shit" and probably ran screaming and naked from the house.... so we watched it for the hours of darkness.... at some point near sun-up we dozed off... shortly we awoke with a start.... and it was Still there... at the ceiling above the foot of my bed ... through the gap at the top of my thick , old dark red curtains that the sky was getting brighter... now it just hung there , occasionally slowly turning its "face" towards me... it seemed much weaker and its movements  were very sluggish..... and as the sunlight grew brighter it began to fade it had been very "active" All night...!!! and now barely moved at all eventually fading out completely as the sun grew brighter.....
But, the "Face" of this "Ghost" in the image is the Same as the face of the "figure" pictured above....
This realization has eaten at my nerves a bit since we recognized it....
   There are still the Black Shadowy things and the tall grey "thing" (the scary "skeletal thing that has been here for some years now.... also it is the one that enjoys Terrorizing my visitors.....) It was pacing in my kitchen last week , this time in grey robes ... these things do Not "vanish" when you look directly at them... They are there as if it does not matter that you see them.....
.... We have only entered the room ( and Only in Daylight").... about three times this year ... for very short visits.... too "unnerved to stay there for long..... and when we cut on the light ... it would start "buzzing" and trying to "short out.....
Now, judging from the picture now has a "complete Body".... we enlarged the image the other weekend , and after looking more closely..... it is that Same "Face"....
Guess you could say that this was the "worst" Birthday present" that we have ever received,,,,,,
                           Any suggestions as to "what" this Thing may be....????
