.... Being "Manic Depressive" really sucks... we know that "happiness" is Not something that is a part of my life.... the best that we can hope for a lesser degree of "misery" from time to time...

Played a bit of Sims... but, soon lost interest in the game ( odd for us)....
Thought that we might could find a song to help lift our spirits....

Quentin is right .... often a bit of music can take you "somewhere" else other than where you are at present.... Music can even help to take your mind off of "other things" as well...
Both something that we listened to as a kid...
Music can also be "Humor" ... and may even give you something about which to "Smile"...
