Halloween Prop Decoration....

                     
This one may take a bit of time to construct... so here are a couple of "Tutorial" clips and some Images (showing its under-structure)... Good luck ... (only minor skills required)...

                                             Parts required and not very expensive...

             How to build this cool yard  (or indoor) Halloween "life-sized" prop Figure...

Another Hand...

 
Back with a really cool-looking "Creepy Hand" (actually "Hands") that you can make yourself...

                        Start with a wire frame (much like with the other "Hands"...)
        Use thin PVC piping to sheath each wire, thus forming the foundation for "fingers"...
add cuts (cut mostly through but leaving a bit to keep it attached) for the "joints" of its fingers...

   The wire  "under-structure" allows you to position and pose these hands as you desire...

                                      add "skin" (again using masking tape)


                      proceed with the masking tape till the "Hand" is fleshed-out...

                                     Next apply some adhesive...

            this is to attach bits of cotton fibers to begin building up the Shape of your prop...

Using thicker bits in needed areas... (the "Under-structure" that determines the Shape of the Hand...

                    Like making the Knuckles.... and filling out the shape of its palm...

            Coat the entire thing with Latex Paint ... and you have a cool-looking "Prop"...

Less Than 30 Days till Halloween...

We posted this project now, so that you would have the needed time should you desire to make one for yourself... This is one of the very Best "do-it-yourself" Halloween projects Ever !!

Almost Halloween....

                         
              If planing a "Yard  Haunt" this year, you will need to start on those "Props"...

               Add a layer of dry-ice "fog"to the ground around the "Sunken Ship"...
                                        This is a bit more "Trouble"...

    Can even be made of varnished pieces of cardboard... (use a cheap piece of paneling as a base)
         Make it "Flat"... (2-demensional) flesh out with some hanging (light-weight materials) bits....

                                        A bit over Three Weeks away....
