Hateful Abandon - Threat (2025)

Hateful Abandon is a band from Bristol, existing since 2004, their fourth album Threat (released by Sentient Ruin) is the first in ten years, with songs from 2014-2024. Their most obvious influence is Godflesh (which can't be bad) but bands like Ramleh or Killing Joke can also be evoked, and more generally they draw from all the history of post-punk and industrial music. But Threat can't be reduced to just its influences and is filled with excellent and diverse songs. Recommended !

STATIQBLOOM - Kain (2024)

This new STATIQBLOOM (Fade Kainer) album, called Kain, is a fine piece of dark-electro/industrial/EBM. Often heavy and hard-hitting, but not without subtleties in its sound, it will satisfy anyone into dark electro/industrial music.

frett - notwo (2023)

notwo is the second album from frett, still released by ant-zen records, still with a synth-wave and death industrial basis, but this time with more EBM, more melodies and tracks more structured like songs, giving it an industrial rock feel. Quality stuff in any case.

Alleged Witches - Work After Machinery (2021)

Work After Machinery by Alleged Witches is an interesting and finely crafted dark ambient/noise/industrial album. I especially like the nice ritualistic voodoo tribal merged with a dark futuristic sound atmosphere of the album. Good stuff.

Folkstorm - Dödsabnorm (2021)

Folkstorm is the old-school industrial (recorded with only 70' circuitry and a lot of mettalic percussion) project of Henrik "Nordvargr" Björkk. And Dödsabnorm the album he released last year. A fine piece of expertly crafted industrial with strong death industrial and dark ambient elements. Albums like these shows why the guy's among the "big names" in industrial music. Recommended!

Metadevice - Studies For A Vortex (2021)

Studies For A Vortex is the first Metadevice album, a new project of Andre Coelho (Sektor 304, Beyond Enclosure). Excellent industrial music blending power electronics, death industrial and dark ambient. Should please anyone into industrial music. Released by the mighty Malignant Records. Recommended stuff.
