Perfect Holographic H4

You know when you find some rarities among your waiting polish list? Yeah... many of you may know every polish on your waiting list, but sometimes... that list gets bigger and bigger... lol. Even though I have all those polishes separated from the used ones, I realized I had one Perfect Holographic just laying around...

Sabem aquele momento em que encontram vernizes na vossa lista de espera que nem se lembravam que tinham?? Pois, aconteceu-me recentemente :p Sim, eu sei que muitas de vós certamente sabem exactamente o que está em espera, mas a lista aumenta... e aumenta... hehe. O que encontrei foi um Perfect Holographic...

You do remember those very affordable small bottles of holo goodness, right?? haha. They still are among the most linear holographic polishes out there. The negatives aspect is that the formula drags and you need to be careful whilst applying it or use a xx base coat. Perfect Holographic H4 has a beautiful light blue color... what a shame that there was no sun when I used it. I couldn't hide all that gorgeousness, so I did a simple manicure by stamping the image from Uber Chic UC 1-03 plate with Mundo de Uñas Black polish. Then I placed black studs and top coat to seal them in. I liked it so much!

Ainda se lembram destes pequenos frascos de verniz com holografia maravilhosa?? hehe. Ainda estão no topo do patamar de vernizes holográficos lineares Mundo fora. Trata-se de um azul lindo e maravilhoso.O único aspecto negativo é que o verniz arrasta e ou aplicam com muito amor e carinho, ou sobre uma base xx. Foi-me impossível esconder esta beleza, por isso carimbei somente o indicador e polegar com a imagem da placa Uber Chic UC 1-03 com o verniz de carimbo Mundo de Uñas Black; nas restantes unhas coloqueis studs pretos e terminei com top coat. Gostei taaanto!

Zoya Belinda & Missha JBR02 & Perfect Sand S63

The manicure I bring you today was done... last November? Or perhaps December lol I had just broken my nails and loved this combination very much, so I repeat it when my nails got bigger ;) I did a mix n' match nail art with a lot of polishes I love: Zoya Belinda, Missha JBR02 and Perfect Sand S63. Each one has a special place in my heart... and I can certainly not pick a favorite! :p

Fiz esta manicure por volta de Novembro... ou será que era Dezembro? lol. Tinha acabado de partir as unhas e gostei tanto que voltei a repetir, assim que cresceram ;) É uma mix n' match com vários vernizes que adoro: Zoya Belinda, Missha JBR02 e Perfect Sand S63. Cada um deles tem um lugar especial no meu coração e sinceramente é impossível escolher um favorito! :p

Zoya Belinda was a birthday gift from my birthday group and omg how gorgeous!! One thing is to drool over other blogger pictures, other is to drool over my own! lol Belinda is a stunning metallic purple with a beautiful magenta shimmer. The formula is perfection, I have nothing to point out :p I got Missha JBR02 after seing it in Penélope's nails and it has this sweet soft brown shade with golden shimmer. It is a unique polish but I don't like the large brush nor the scent (its not bad, just not my thing). I bought it here.

O verniz Zoya Belinda foi uma prenda de anos do meu grupo de aniversário e céus, como é lindo! Uma coisa é babar rios nas fotos de outras bloggers, outra é babar nas minhas! lol O Belinda é um roxo metálico com shimmer magenta que lhe dá uma profundidade espectacular. A formula é perfeita, nada a apontar :p Já o Missha JBR02, comprei-o depois de o ver nas unhas da Penélope e tem um tom castanho claro suave, rico em shimmer dourado. É certamente único e comprei-o neste site, mas não gosto do pincel largo nem do cheiro (que não é mau, mas não é para mim).

The other purple from this manicure is Perfect Sand S63. It was my first "creme" sand polish and I loved it right away! It has a cool purple shade and the sand effect is lovely, not gritty at all. I got it in this online store and I've been wanting to try others from the same collection :) I also have nothing against the formula of this Perfect, its great! The final touch is the flower stamp from Pueen 49 plate, stamped with Missha JBR02 (yes, it stamps! :D). I remember my shock when I realised in someone's nails that this design was a flower lol It didn't strike me as that the first time I saw it lol.

O outro verniz roxo desta manicure é o Perfect Sand S63. Foi o meu primeiro verniz "cremoso" com acabamento arenoso; apaixonei-me de imediato! Tem um tom roxo frio e o efeito sand é mesmo fofinho, nada irritante. Comprei-o nesta loja búlgara e desde então que quero experimentar os restantes vernizes da mesma colecção; tenho lido muito boas críticas acerca deles :) Também não tenho nada a apontar sobre este Perfect, só coisas boas por cerca de 1,30€.  O toque final da manicure é o desenho de flores da placa Pueen 49, carimbado com o verniz Missha JBR02 (sim, ele carimba! :D). Não me tinha cruzado a mente que este desenho fosse uma flor quando comprei o meu set, por isso lembro-me perfeitamente da primeira vez que o vi carimbado - beleza! :p

Top Beauty Amarula & Perfect S33

Quick post today! Because of two reasons 1) I have very few decent pictures of this manicure and 2) I consider it to be a bit of a fail. Actually, I was indecisive in whether to share this manicure with you or not :p But opted for the "yes". I did this more than a month ago as soon as I received a swap with dear Lari :) 

Hoje temos um post curtinho devido a dois motivos: 1) tenho muito poucas fotos desta manicure e 2) considero-a um pequeno falhanço. Na verdade, estava bastante indecisa se publicava esta manicure ou não, mas acabei por decidir pelo "sim". Fiz esta combinação há mais de um mês assim que recebi uma troquinha da Lari :)

I was anxious to try out Top Beauty Amarula, but think I didn't pair it well with Perfect S33. I'm just not sure if nude and purple go together, maybe a lighter nude would look better? Anyway, I posted swatches of Top Beauty Amarula here and I continue to love it! :) Perfect S33 was purchased in this Bulgarian store. It contains purple hexs, smaller green/blue duochrome glitter and gold microglitter in a clear base. My trick to improve this manicure and make me love it more was to stamp. The flower design belongs to Pueen 02 plate and was stamped with Mundo de Uñas Brown stamping polish.

Estava super curiosa para experimentar o verniz Top Beauty Amarula, mas parece-me que combinei-o mal com o verniz Perfect  S33. Não tenho bem a certeza se nude e roxo ficam bem; aliás, se calhar o melhor teria sido um nude mais claro? Mas continuando, postei fotos do Top Beauty Amarula aqui e considero-o muito bonito! :) O Perfect S33 foi comprado nesta loja Búlgara. Este contém glitter roxo, glitter duochrome verde/azul e microglitter dourado numa base transparente. Para melhorar a combinação optei por carimbar tudo (o truque). O desenho de flores é da placa Pueen 02 e foi carimbado com o verniz Castanho da Mundo de Uñas.

Review: El Corazón Art Top Coat Perepelinye Eggs

How many of you desire a black glitter polish? How many of you will after my post today? hahah :p I for once was desiring a black glitter polish since for ever! It's not that I can't find one in Portugal, it's that I don't like its smell. So... imagine my delight when I received this beautiful El Corazón Art Top Coat Perepelinye Eggs! *_* If you don't know/remember, El Corazón is a Russian nail polish brand who marvels me with their creativity! And this polish is just one more that won my heart :)

Quantas de vós desejam um verniz de glitter preto? Quantas vão desejar depois do meu post? heheheh :p A minha pessoa desejava um verniz deste género há bastante tempo. Encontra-se em Portugal um exemplar (marca Gio) mas não gostei do cheiro. Então... imaginem a minha alegria quando vi este belo El Corazón Art Top Coat Perepelinye Eggs! *_* Se não sabem/recordam, a El Corazón é uma marca Russa que possui várias linhas bastante criativas de vernizes! Este é mais um que ocupou um cantinho no meu coração :)

The reason why I wanted a black glitter is to... use over gradients!! lool Yes, it sure looks gorgeous over a creme polish, but I wanted to use it first over a purple gradient like today and then in the future over a red/black gradient *.* My first reaction to the this El Corazón Art Top Coat Perepelinye Eggs polish was... "ohh I can't read this"! But Elena helped me, phew!! :) El Corazón Art Top Coat Perepelinye Eggs is constituted by plenty delicate black microglitter and less quantity of black hexs in a clear base. It also contains a beautiful golden dust only visible over direct light. Application requires a bit of careful because the smooth flat brush comes loaded with plenty glitter. It dries fast and then I applied one coat of Kinetics Kwik Kote to smooth out the glitter :) The purple gradient was achieved with Catrice I Scream: Ice Cream!, Perfect Gel 513 and Essence Break Through.

O motivo de desejar um glitter preto basicamente era para usar sobre um gradiente roxo (como hoje) e sobre um gradiente vermelho/preto no futuro. Ele pode ser usado sobre um verniz cremoso normal, mas a minha panca era esta lol. Basta olhar para o frasco para entenderem a primeira reacção ao verniz.. "mas o que é que está aqui escrito"?? Felizmente a Elena ajudou-me :) O verniz El Corazón Art Top Coat Perepelinye Eggs é basicamente constituído por microglitter preto - delicado e em maior quantidade, e glitter hexagonal maior numa base transparente. Possui também um pózinho dourado que é visível somente com luz directa. A aplicação é fácil mas requer algum cuidado pois o pincel, suave e achatado, carrega bastante glitter. Depois da secagem (rápida) apliquei uma camada do top coat Kinetics Kwik Kote para suavizar a textura do glitter :) O gradiente roxo foi feito com os seguintes vernizes: Catrice I Scream: Ice Cream!, Perfect Gel 513 e Essence Break Through.

I loved it! I don't remember the last time I used a gradient like this without stamping lol and it felt so good :) There's endless combinations with this beautiful El Corazón and my next will be red/black gradient in colder days. Review: Purple Professional 78 Amethyst

How's your Saturday? I'm having a lazy one this afternoon :p Purple Professional just released two new collections last week. One of them is Precious Stones consisting in 5 glitters and the other is Sugar Summer, consisting in 5 sand polishes. Today I'm reviewing one of the shades from Precious Stone collection, Purple Professional Nº 78 Amethyst :)

Como está a decorrer o vosso Sábado? Por estes lados o meu decorre preguiçosamente :p Na semana passada a Purple Professional lançou duas novas colecções, a Precious Stones e a Sugar Summer. São constituídas por cinco glitters e cinco vernizes arenosos, respectivamente. Hoje vou rever um dos vernizes da colecção Precious Stones, o Purple Professional Nº 78 Amethyst.

How I love these types of glitters! :D Amethyst is something I actually don't have similar in my stash - lucky me! lol Purple Amethyst is a dense and pigmented glitter, which is the characteristic of the Precious Stone collection. It has silver, holographic and purple microglitters (hence its name :p). It can be used with a single thin coat over normal polishes or in its own with three coats, which is what I did. The brush is flat and smooth, the same as in all Purple polishes. My polish was very thick and not so easy to apply. But after asking around the girls who own these polishes, they're formulas are perfect so I believe my bottle was a single event. Unfortunately my thinner ended last week lol.

Como eu adoro este tipo de glitters! :D E curiosamente não tenho nada no mesmo tom que o Amethyst, que sorte hehehe! O Purple Amethyst é um glitter denso e pigmentado - são as principais características desta colecção. Pode ser usado com uma camada fina sobre outro verniz ou sozinho com três camadas (como eu usei). O Amethyst é constituído por microglitter prata, holográfico e roxo (daí o nome). O pincel é o característico da marca, suave e achatado. O meu verniz veio grosso e difícil de aplicar, mas após questionar algumas amigas que já têm estes meninos penso que seja somente defeito do meu frasco. Infelizmente o meu thinner acabou na semana passada e não tinha como diluir a formula. Mas consegui aplicar perfeitamente o verniz :) 

The dimension in Amethyst is amazing... it shines like crazy too! Its beautiful! :) It dries a bit textured so I recommend applying top coat to achieve a glossy finish. For the nail art I picked Perfect Gel 513 because its purple shade and gel finish just seemed a perfect combination :p I also used the MASH nail tape for the lines in middle and ring fingers. Basically I applied the tape after Purple Amethyst was dry. Then, a nail at a time, I applied Perfect Gel 513 and removed the tape wit tweezers. After dry I finished with a coat of Kinetics Kwik Kote top coat. The resul: Bling bling bling!! lool

A profundidade e dimensão do Amethyst é fantástica... e brilha horrores! É lindo! :) No entanto seca com alguma textura nas unhas, por isso recomendo que utilizem top coat para suavizar a textura e obter um brilho espelhado. Para a nail art pareceu-me bem combinar o tom roxo e acabamento gel do verniz Perfect Gel 513 com o Purple Amethyst. Quando o glitter estava bem seco apliquei as fitinhas de nail art da MASH nas unhas do meio; depois, uma unha de cada vez, apliquei o Perfect 513 e removi cada fitinha com uma pinça. Deixei o verniz cremoso secar uns 15 minutos e terminei com uma camada do top coat Kinetics Kwik Kote. Eis o resultado: Bling bling bling!!! lool

This manicure was really calling for people's attention lol. The shine is just gorgeous and suits a precious stone! I saw the entire collection today and I got to say I really love it, although my favorite is not Amethyst (it takes 3rd place :p). Claro que este brilho todo não passou despercebido na rua lol, especialmente sob o sol! O brilho é espectacular e realmente adequa-se a uma pedra preciosa :) Hoje tive a oportunidade de ver toda a colecção Precious Stones ao vivo e adoro-a! Confesso que o Amethyst não é o meu favorito da colecção, ficando pelo 3º lugar... imaginem os outros! :p Os vernizes da Purple são vendidos em todo o País; recomendo que consultem esta lista de revendedores da Betty para situar o mais próximo de vocês. Os valores de cada verniz variam entre 2-3€ (ou 3,25€ como vi hoje!). Contem-me... gostaram do Amethyst? E da nail art? Beijinhos,

Perfect Holographic H6

Hola chicas guapas! :)

What a better thing to wear in summery hot days besides glitter? Holographic polishes of course! :D This is precisely what I've been wearing the last days and it all started with Perfect Holographic H6. 

Que melhor usar nas unhas com este tempo de calor e verão, além de glitter? Verniz holográfico claro! :D E é precisamente este tipo de vernizes que tenho usado ultimamente e a saga começou com o verniz Perfect Holographic H6 :)

I love this shade! I can't decide if Perfect H6 looks orange or nude peach in me lol. But who cares, its stunning and lovely at the same time! :) By now no one is surprised with Perfect holographic linear rainbows but I still gasp and stare at my nails :p Formula wise, this polish like all the holos in this collection don't need a specific base coat to apply, dry quick and have bald spots. If you're good at skipping bald spots you get along perfectly with one coat but if not (like me) you'll need 2/3 coats to cover nails. 

Adoro este tom! Não consigo decidir se a sor em mim é laranja ou nude pêssego lol. Mas que importa se eu considero-o soberbo e adorável ao mesmo tempo? heheh :p Por esta altura já quase ninguém se surpreende com a holografia linear dos Perfect, mas eu continuo a babar e não paro de olhar para as unhas :p Quanto à formula, esta é equivalente aos restantes vernizes da colecção, não precisa de nenhuma base especial, arrasta um pouco e seca rápido. Se conseguirem ultrapassar o arrastar de verniz safam-se com uma camada, mas se não (como eu) 2/3 são necessárias.

Elixir Make-Up 64 & Perfect S40

Get ready.. you're about to see a very girly manicure! :p I combined two pink polishes from my untried polishes list both because I think they go nice together and also they are new brands to me :) But I got lazy and didn't take pictures of them alone :p

Preparados? Vão agora ver uma manicure com uma alta dose de feminilidade! :p Combinei dois vernizes que estavam em lista de espera porque não só vi que ficariam bem juntos, como também são marcas desconhecidas para mim. :) Mas estive preguiçosa e não tirei fotos dos respectivos individuais :p

My girly pink base is Elixir 65. I got this polish at Expocosmetics and know it is a Greek brand (I asked at the event). The bottle says it dries in 60 seconds and I can confirm it dries fast (I'll make sure on the 60s next time). I'm actually marveled at the quality of the brand... great pigmentation, almost one coater, huge shine and nice soft round brush. It is of really great quality :D 

A base cor de rosa é o verniz Elixir 65. Comprei este verniz na Expocosmética e sei que a marca é Grega (perguntei pessoalmente). O frasquinho indica que o verniz seca em 60 segundo; eu posso confirmar que seca rápido, mas da próxima vez farei o teste dos 60s lol. Estou encantada com a qualidade deste verniz! Excelente pigmentação, quase one coater, bom brilho e pincel redondo e macio. Muito bom! :D

Now Perfect S40 (Gahh no names!) is a lovely glitter with pink hexs and holographic microglitter. It spreads very well in nails and shines, beautiful! Perfect S40 belongs to the new glitter collection from Perfect and I got it at the Bulgarian store Beauty Cosmetics :)

Já o verniz Perfect S40 é um glitter adorável com hexágonos rosa e microglitter holográfico. O verniz espalhou-se muito bem nas unhas e brilha imenso, lindo! Este verniz S40 pertence à nova colecção de glitters da marca Perfect que comprei no site Búlgaro Beauty Cosmetics :)

Eventually I got tired of all the pink shine, so I grabbed OPI Matte Top Coat and applied one coat to achieve a matte polish. Much better! lol The images I used are from Gals 36 and Gals 7 plates, all stamped with MASH Black polish.

Eventualmente tanto brilho em cor de rosa deixou de combinar com o meu espírito lol, mas como não quis mudar de verniz optei por aplicar o verniz OPI Matte Top Coat. Muito melhor! :) As imagens que usei para carimbar pertencem às plaquinhas Gals 36 e Gals 7, ambas carimbadas com o verniz preto da MASH.

I like the matte result more than the shiny one when  it is stamped. Individually I love the polishes, but it felted like I took a shot of girlishness lool. What do you think?? Kisses :)

Tenho preferência pelo resultado matte carimbado do que pelo brilhante. Individualmente amo cada um dos vernizes, mas senti que tinha tomado um injecção de feminilidade lol. O que acharam?? Beijinhos :)

China Glaze Creative Fantasy

Hello ladies!! :)

What a week! I'm alive and fine and almost no sick! :D How are you?? Today I want to show you a gorgeous shade I'm crazy on - neon purple! I bought China Glaze Creative Fantasy from Cirque Du Soleil: Worlds Away collection back in January and waited for some nice weather to wear it :)

Que semana! Estou viva, óptima e quase não doente! :D Como estão vocês?? Hoje quero mostrar um tom de verniz que eu fico louca com- roxo neon! Comprei o China Glaze Creative Fantasy da colecção Cirque Du Soleil: Worlds Aaway em Janeiro, mas esperei por um tempo decente para o usar (não foi nesta semana chuvosa lol) :)

Well... there's no pictures of Creative Fantasy alone... I got lazy and besides, there's a lot online :p It is definitely a gorgeous shade! It doesn't dry to this neon purple shade, but dries to a lighter purple rubber finish. I don't like that rubber touch, so I put some top coat on :) But I was "stupid" during application.. Sometimes, many Neon polishes are just too watery and you need to first apply a white polish. I didn't do this and needed 5 (!!) coats to cover my nails! But I managed lol.

Bom... não tirei fotos do Creative Fantasy sozinho... porque fiquei preguiçosa e ademais, há bastantas online lol. É sem sombra de dúvida uma cor estupenda! Na verdade, o verniz não seca para esta cor roxa neon, mas sim para um acabamento emborrachado com roxo neon mais claro. Eu não sou fã desse acabamento e por isso adicionei logo top coat :p Mas, fui "burra". Alguns vernizes neon são simplesmente demasiado aguados e a forma de ultrapassar este pormenor é usar verniz branco por semana. Bom... claro que não fiz o que devia ter feito e acabei por ter de aplicar 5 (!!) camadas para cobrir as unhas lol.

I decided to try my Cheeky Tropical Holliday plate that I received that week and to stamp with the gorgeous Perfect H1 polish. But this wasn't the first image I picked. To stamp with Perfect polishes we need to make sure the polish is well shake, really well. Eventually I also realized I can't stamp large area designs with these holographic polishes, it seems they work better with thin lines :)

Decidi experimentar a minha nova plaquinha Cheely Tropical Holliday que tinha acabado de receber nessa semana, e carimbar com o lindo verniz Pefect H1. Mas esta não foi a primeira imagem que seleccionei. Para carimbar com os vernizes Perfect holográficos é preciso garantir que o verniz foi mesmo bem chacoalhado. E mesmo assim, apercebi-me de que eles não carimbam bem imagem com grande área; funcionam melhor com desenhos com traços finos :)

Except for the small accident I faced in the middle finger, I loved this combination. Though it was hard to capture the neon in the purple shade at 6pm sun. What do you think? Kisses :)

Tirando o acidente que tive com o dedo do meio, adorei esta combinação e foi-me difícil captar o neon da cor no sol das 6h da tarde. O que acharam? Beijinhos :)

Perfect Holographic H8

Have you heard of cheap Holographic polishes before? Not really? Ohh but they do exist! Lets just say when I realised they existed inside Europe I went ahead and bought some for myself :p Last week I was supposed to be wearing something at least discrete in my nails... but I knew the sun was going to shine and I couldn't resist! So here it is :)

Já ouviram falar de vernizes holográficos baratos antes? Nem por isso? Ahhh ma eles existem! Digamos que assim que eu me apercebi do preço e de estarem dentro da Europa, lancei-me logo e comprei alguns :p Na semana passada e teoricamente, devia ter usado algo muito discreto nas unhas... mas sabia que no dia seguinte o sol ia brilhar em força e simplesmente não resisti! Portanto, aqui está o Perfect H8 :)

Pictures were taken in the 7 p.m. sun... I tried, but had no time to take them earlier. So, the holography of Perfect H8 is much powerful than this and I really love it! As you can tell, the base color is pink :) It was very easy to apply and dries fast. I applied two coats of H8 over Kinetics Touch Me base coat and noticed dragging. Around Portuguese groups, we think that if you apply these holos over bare nails this won't happen. There's more good news, the holography doesn't diminuish with top coat (I used Color Club top coat), Iupi! :D

As fotos foram tiradas no sol das 7 da tarde... tentei mais cedo, mas foi-me impossível. Portanto, acreditem que a holografia deste verniz é muito mais poderosa do que as fotos demonstram! Como podem ver, a cor base é rosa :) Aplica-se muito facilmente e seca igualmente rápido. Apliquei duas camadas sobre a base Kinetics Touch Me e notei algum arrasto de verniz. Mas, e segundo o que pensamos no grupos portugueses, se não usarem nenhuma base, isto não acontece. Há mais boas notícias, a holografia do Perfect H8 não diminui com top coat (usei o top coat da Color Club), Iupi!!! :D

Pefect brand can be bough following this link to a Bulgarian webstore (they ship worldwide as far as I know and pyment can be made through paypal invoice). The:-) se babies are small (5mL) but cot 1,05€ and are stunning! Easy to get more if you run out in one xD But there's a catch... you really need to SHAKE well the bottle because the holographic pigment settles down in the suspension base (I shook well for like 4 minutes before using). I loved my H8, can't wait to wear more :) Kisses

A marca Perfect pode ser comprada seguindo este link para uma loja online Búlgara (segundo sei, envia internacionalmente e o pagamento é por paypal). Estes meninos são pequenos (5mL) mas custam 1,05€ e são de cair para o lado! É fácil comprar mais caso esgotemos um xD. Mas há um senão... Vocês precisam de ABANAR bem o frasquinho porque o pigmento holográfico separa-se e afunda na base de suspensão (eu abanei energicamente por uns 4min). Adorei o meu H8 e mal posso esperar para usar mais :) Beijinhos
