THANKSGIVING 2016

(11/24) The girls made these cute pilgrim and indian place settings for our Thanksgiving dinner.  This year we had Thanksgiving at my parents house.  We had fun with family and the food was yummy!

After dinner we played "Watch Ya Mouth".  Players wear mouth guards and say phrases while their teammate guesses what they're saying.  It's kinda gross but pretty funny :)

My dad bought a new truck and took us for a ride...

JOCKS AND NERDS

 (10/17) We look forward to the Wyatt's Halloween party every year.  We had to miss it last year because of Robert's dumb schedule but this year it worked out!  The invitations were so cute!  A text book with the invitation inside like an old school book check out and some student I.D.'s which told us our status... Robert and I were nerds :)

We put it off but our nerd outfits came together.  Robert's shirt says, "There are 10 kinds of people, those who understand binary and those who don't."  I didn't get it, but Robert is a true nerd so he knew... 10 is binary for 2...

 The Wyatt's had their kids dress us like cafeteria ladies with hairnets and served cafeteria style food on cafeteria trays :)

Phil was the school coach and Summer was a school office lady...

FUNNY MEMORY

My boys reminded me the other day when we got in the little car (our Kia) that they used to (and still do for fun) call the gear shifter a "Prindel".  I had forgotten all about that.  They used to called it that because of the letters and number on it... P R N D 2 L = Prindel... get it?  Ha!  Those boys...

While I'm away from home Sydni likes to text us funny faces...

She texted me a picture of her homework to show me it was done... and decorated it with flowers for the picture...

... and texted me a picture of her after she took a shower to show me she was nice and clean :)

 Bubba celebrated his 6th birthday in May!!  Happy birthday old man... look at those gray hairs!!

 Congrats to our niece Julia and nephew Cameron who graduated from high school!!

Herbie came again this year.  I forgot to take pictures of him everyday and there were a few days where he just hung out in the same spot... crazy elf!
