A few years ago our old Dell computer was having messages popping up that the hard drive was about to crash and that we better back up everything. So that is what we did and got a new computer. We backed everything up on an external hard drive and cleaned everything off of the Dell when those messages started popping up. And somehow that old computer is still hanging on. Recently Garrett has been updating and working on that computer to get it to run better. We have the external hard drive hooked up to it. A few weeks ago I was looking for something on that hard drive and it was no where to be found! It appeared that the hard drive had been wiped clean :( Robert checked and couldn't find anyting on it either. I thought 10 years of pictures had vanished and I was devistated! I hadn't printed hardly any of them off so I had nothing... or so I thought. Luckily after messing with the computer for a while, we found them. Since Garrett had updated the computer, icons were in different places that we hadn't looked. Thank goodness!!! So I decided to back up everything so I wouldn't have to worry about that happening again. On top of that I am going to try to do a throwback every Thursday (pre-blog pictures) so things are also on by blog as another back up.
I am so behind on my blog so we'll see how this goes... my first throwback is Carson's blessing day...
