We didn't do much of anything on 4th of July because Robert and I were busy getting ready to go to Girls Camp for the rest of the week. Sydni was bummed so she put together a 4th of July party in the play room with snacks, music, and dancing. She is so cute and is a great party host :)

JULY 4TH, 2013
We spent the 4th at David and Betsy's house swimming, barbequing, and playing with sparklers. We also celebrated Heather's birthday :)

THE FOURTH, 2012
Fourth of July was a nice, lazy day. We woke up to rain, which we LOVE! Robert and I went out to breakfast at America's Taco Shop and then went shopping for a while to spend a little birthday money I still had. We came home and took Bubba and the kids to the dog park so Bubba could play in the puddles and the mud (yuck, not sure what we were thinking)... then fried chicken for dinner.

INDEPENDENCE DAY 2011
Swimming, BBQ, homemade ice cream, and playing with cousins at Grandma and Grandpa O'Neills during the day...
Watching the Tolleson fireworks show from the non-crowded QT warehouse at night...
It was a fun 4th of July!

BUSHMAN REUNION 2011
(July 1-3) The Bushman reunion was up at Pinetop/Lakeside, AZ. We got there late Friday night and stayed in a HUGE cabin. The first night we had an average room but the second night Robert's cousin and husband had to leave so we took over their room which I guess was the master suite with a jacuzzi tub and snail shower... very nice :)
The next morning we headed to Heber for a 4th of July parade. This is most of the group...
It was pretty warm in Heber but the kids had a blast...
Then it was family picture time! :)
Pictures are always so much fun :)... Sydni HATES the heat. We can step out the door on a hot summer day and 30 seconds later she is crying (just like this) because she is hot...
That's better :)
Those who came in Robert's family... our family, Robert's parents, David and Brandon, and Steve's family...
After family pictures it was free time so we found a theater in Show Low and decided to take the kids and Brandon to see Cars 2...
Later that night we gathered together on the deck. Steve told "greenie" jokes and did his famous family impersonations. The Bushman siblings reminisced and told funny stories about when they were young... and some BYU co-ed jokes...
It was fun to see everyone again!
