Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge #748

Welcome to my blog, where I have
a new card to share with you each week for

Tuesday Morning Sketches

Here is the sketch for this week:

Using some patterned paper a friend recently sent me, I made this card.

This card doesn't exactly follow the sketch, but it did use up some of the scraps from the first card.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog.

The Design Team invites you to stop by
 and visit their blogs, too.

You can be sure that one of us will be visiting you.

Here's a set of cards I made for the February Challenge.

When I opened the box of Spring/Easter stuff  in my stash, I came across these 3 apertures from die cutting bunnies for previous cards.   They were perfect for a bit of Iris Folding.

Here's another fun card I created from the scraps in that box.

Happy Easter

Recently, as I looked through Handmade Cards on Pinterest, I came across a beautiful card by Gail Ellis.  Here is an Easter Card I made by loosely CASEing Gail's card.

The tiny basket and sentiment are both CTMH stamps and are stamped on white glitter paper.  Flower and leaf stamps are from SU.  I fussy cut those.  The embossing folder used and the remaining die cuts are from SU.

Thank you for stopping by.

Happy Easter!

Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge #651

Welcome to my blog, where I have
a new card
to share with you each week for
Tuesday Morning Sketches

We have great sketch
by Debbie Foster this week.

Here is my card using stamps by Stampin' Up.

I stamped the flower image directly on the blue and also on a piece of pale yellow.  I used markers to color the leaves and darken the flutes of the flowers.  Then I fussy cut the flowers and glued them onto the stamped image.

I hope you'll have time to play along at
this week.

The Design Team would love it if you'd visit our blogs.

 Patti (on leave)

And we have some new team members you will definitely want to visit!
Please welcome....

8th Birthday Celebration at Imagine That Digis & MFT Sketch #528

My printer needs a new color ink cartridge.  But instead of waiting to purchase and install one, I decided to print this cute pre-colored Imagine That Digi in grayscale and add some color myself.

I used a bunch of scraps, mostly CTMH papers, Sizzix dies and stamp, and various markers.

This is my entry for this week's Feb. 8-14 Birthday Celebration Food/Cake Challenge at Imagine That Digis by Kris.

**************

The sketch at My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge #528 is super easy this week and their design team has made some really nice cards using it.

Here is my version:

Hope you all had a nice day.
