Knead a Hug?

That's the sentiment I decided to pair with this fun digi, Bertha's Bread Baking Bonanza, from Dr. Digi's House of Stamps for the Outlawz May Progressive Challenge.

I followed the sketch from the Wednesday Sketch Challenge at My Favorite Things

colored the image with markers, did a bit of distressing and added a bit of white flocking for flour.

If you played in the Outlawz April Progressive Challenge, you would have received this digi for free.   You can still pick it up here, join the May Challenge, and receive a free digi to play in June.

Double Trouble Challenge # 74

This afternoon I spent busily working on 4 quilts so I'd have something to enter in the current Double Trouble Challenge.

The theme is "Cuddle Up Day".

Papers are from CTMH.

Inside sentiment

I used my cuttlebug to cut the quilt die pieces, the stitched circle die, and the inside sentiment.  The kitty is a digital stamp, that I know is in the wrong digi folder on my new computer, but I have no idea where it should be.  Sorry.

The inside die is from Creative Expressions.

Challenges:

Double Trouble Challenge #74 - Cuttlebug, something warm, cuddly critter; Dies R Us Challenge #160 - AG with dies (I used one from Creative Expressions.); Funky Junkie Challenge - Put in a Good Word; Show Us Your Pussycats Challenge #62 - AG with a cat; Try It On Tuesday Challenge - Use an Uplifting or Positive Quote

Girls Play Video Games Too

Just a quick post to share a card I am entering in the My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge #514.

The sentiment is from MFT Level Up stamp set and the die cut game controller is also from MFT.  The little controller is so cute, but the larger one that comes with it is so much easier to put together.
I've used some pretty plaid paper from MFT, too.

A few more challenges I am entering:  Aud Sentiments Challenge #263 - AG with a sentiment; Fab n Funky Challenge #501 - Anything but Christmas; Allsorts Challenge week #596 - For Children or Teens;

Tuesday Morning Sketch Challenge #557

Welcome to my blog.
It's Tuesday and I have a new card for

Tuesday Morning Sketches to share with you.
Tuesday Morning Sketches
Melissa Craig supplied this week's sketch.  Thanks, Melissa!

This is what I did with this fun sketch.
I am giving myself a pat on the back for fussy cutting these little critters including the three legged, three toed reptile.  And, NO, I did not amputate any digits or appendages while cutting.
Although, I may have trimmed a few cactus thorns.

Will you play along with us at

Tuesday Morning Sketch Challenge #552

Today I have news!
I've joined the wonderful Design Team at
Tuesday Morning Sketches
Every Tuesday I'll be sharing a card based on the sketch for that week and hoping it will inspire you to join the fun at
Tuesday Morning Sketches.

Here is my first contribution:

I've used a new digital stamp set,
In This Together, from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps
for the image and sentiment.
The image was colored with pencils and and then fussycut. The paper was a freebie from Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine.

And here is today's Tuesday Morning Sketch:

My teammates have also made wonderful creations
to help inspire you.

I hope you'll join the fun this week.

Joyful Stars Close to My Heart February Blog Hop

Welcome to the Febuary

Close to My Heart Joyful Stars Blog Hop.

Have some fun hopping between the blogs of this group of talented Close to My Heart consultants, and me, where we share creative projects using CTMH products.
Have you seen the new CTMH Seasonal Expressions Catalog?
Hop along with us to see some awesome projects using the new products.
I decided to use the papers and one of the Picture My Life cards from the new Gimme Some Sugar Paper Pack to make a card for this month's hop.

And then I used some scraps to put together a masculine birthday card, too.

Now, since this is a blog hop,
you might have arrived here from  Krista Hershberger's blog.
Your next stop is Andrea Sherman's blog.
The hop is circular.
If you are just starting here, simply continue hopping until you find your way back, making the full circle.
If you get lost, the complete list of participants is on Joyce's blog.

DIL Birthday + CTMH Card Class 10/31/17

Today is my daughter-in-law's birthday.
I'm hoping she will find this card in her mailbox.

No stamping on the front, just a sponged die cut flower, sentiment sticker, and bow.  But inside I stamped this pretty CTMH sentiment.

Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge #174 - Anything Goes with Ribbon
