First card of 2012

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After a little break, finally today I made my first card of the year.

This is a new stamp I've got recently, I inked it on Sunday!!! :) I colored it with acuarelable pencils and cut it out to place it on a kraft paper mat with foami tape. (I won a gift certificate at Jacque's blog and I bought two stamps, thsi is the first and soon you'll see the second one)

I'm using various of my dps from my stash and kraft paper combining yellow and sky blue. For the mat of the image I used a nestabilitie die cut called blossom. As embellishments I used two different ribbons and with one of them made a bow, I used three yellow flowers and three blue gems (bling).

A good bye card

Tomorrow my daughter is having a ballet performance and one of her friends from this group is leaving the country in few days, so this is the last time my daughter will see her, so to tell her good bye I made this card.

I colored the stamped image with acuarelable pencils.

I used different DPs from my stash (don´t ask me the brand because some of them I won in a candy) and blue cardstock, I used blue flowers and blue blings.

Una tarjeta sencilla... para agradecer

Armé esta tarjeta "gracias", utilizando un sello de Magnolia, coloreándolo con lápices acuarelables y pegándolo en una etiqueta (tag). Usé colores naranja pastel, celeste y amarillo, al colorear y en la tarjeta. En el tercio bajo del fondo naranja pastel repujé el papel usando estencil como plantilla. En las esquinas usé un sacabocado esquinero (Sunlit) y la etiqueta la terminé con cinta celeste.




Esta tarjeta es mi segundo trabajo para el desafío de hacer una manualidad para el Mes de las Manualidades (Craft Month). La idea es poder realizar una actividad manual cada día durante el mes de marzo y finalizar con 31 labores al final del mes. Me parece que es una tradición de Filipinas... pero qué linda tradición, no?

Tres tarjetas más...

Esta tarjeta la hice usando colores fuxia (o magenta) y verde manzana. Simplemente usé la imagen de Tilda sellada y tres papeles: uno verde, otro fuxia y el último diseñado con los dos colores mencionados.
La hice para una amiga que operaron y quiero desearle una pronta recuperación.


Esta tarjeta la hice para el cumpleaños de mi suegra y la idea era usar una paleta monocromática: violeta, lila, blanco. Papeles, cintas, botón e imagen usando la misma gama de colores.


Esta última tarjeta la hice en colores verde y naranja (+ blanco), usé puntilla, perforadora y papeles en los tonos mencionados. La hice para el cumple de la suegra de mi hermano, amiga de toda la familia.

Mi primera tarjeta Tilda-Magnolia

Acabo de realizar mi primera tarjeta utilizando los sellos de Magnolia (Magnolia stamps), con una Tilda preciosa...
Viendo otros blogs, de las bellezas que pueden hacer con esta muñequita, me inspiré y me animé a hacer una tarjetita, y la verdad que me siento contenta con el resultado.La pinté con lápices acuarelables y después la armé utilizando diferentes papeles, tratando de usar todo con lunares y colores azul, rojo y verde manzana.
