Ethnical Welcome card #6

Hello and happy Thursday!
Remember? I was commisioned to make a few Welcome cards by a friend, they don't need to be complicated, but need to represent Kazakhstan by their images and dp. This is the sixth one and maybe the last one:

The picture was given by my friend to use it. I used Alt dp (Central Asia collection) and orange cardstock. The sentiment says Welcome in Kazakh and Russian (both oficial languages in Kazakhstan).

CAS welcoming cards

Hello, friends!
I hope you are having a great weekend.... I thought I would have some rest, but still very busy here.....
Some friends are organizing an event and for some people they will be giving welcome cards. They asked me to make them. Today I will show you the CAS ones, the yellow is for ladies and the blue for men. I made many, but I am showing one of each, because I forgot to take pictures to all of them together and already gave them away. In a few days, I will show you another batch, not so CAS...

I used yellow and turquoise cardstock, they are the colors of the Kazakh flag. I used an Alterations (Tim Holtz) embossing folder, (the sun is part of the Kazakh flag) I also used a round punch for the corners of the panels. The writtig is in Kazakh and Russian (oficial languages in Kazakhstan) and the translation is "Welcome". I only used yellow and turquoise ribbon and made a knot to embellish it.

Thank you card (3)

Hello!
This is another thank you card I made last night and want to show you today :)

I used a Kazakh image I found browsing internet. I placed it on a green cardstock mat and made the same with the sentiment (Create with TLC).

The dp is Alt and has Central Asian designs. I made a very CAS card, but as the background paper is very rich, I think it's enough. It has the Cental Asian flavor I want to give to the card :)

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Word Art Wednesday: anything goes
ABC: masculine
Digi Darla: masculine
Make it Monday: anything goes
Creative craft: for the fellas
Fitztown: anything goes
Melonheadz: male inspired

EDITED: this card was featured on Create with TLC.

Ethnical cards

A couple of months ago I made some Central Asian ethnical cards for request, some people saw them and I was requested again to do something similar with a different porpuse (the first one were to welcome a group of people and these ones are to thank a group of people in another country).

This time I had to make 20 cards, so I was doing them during the week end.

I used 10 different papers that I found here (Printer Soyuz) and the images (4 different ones) are some digis I found surfing the web that are tipical from Kazakhstan.

Challenge:
Joyful stamper: anything goes
Creative cowgirls: anything goes
Scrappy frogs: anything goes

Hope you like them :)
