The fox and the hound

A collage of some of my favourite things, I find it difficult to express in words my love for owls - aren't they just the most wonderful creatures. Lately I am fascinated with foxes, and don't get me started on my forever love for roses and shades of green and pink and vintage labels, postcards, birdcages . . . you get the picture :)

Sewing

I was a little obsessed with sewing over the weekend, after I spent most of the weekend behind my sewing machine and eventually returned to my computer last night - no wonder this is what I came up with! Friday freebie - Medicine label

My friend Andrea scanned this image from a Dutch medicine tin that she inherited from her grandmother. I  cleaned it up a little, it had a few scratches - and made this label. Here is the translation for those of you who do not speak Dutch:  "Medicine for Ostrich, Horses, Cattle, Sheep etc. Sold by all traders" Click here for your free copy of the label. Peacock label

I draw so much inspiration from vintage labels and love to work with them, they are so full of detail. And of course I could not stay away from green with all the amazing shades on this peacock. This is my entry for the something round challenge at Theme Thursday.

Perles organiques

No collage today, instead I played around with this charming label from the graphics fairy - thought it needed a bit of glamming up. I wouldn't mind picking these beauties from my veggie garden.
