Everyone, meet our friend Ricardo...

He was our first purchase after we got married because we were having a hard time living with only one car but couldn't bring ourselves to actually buying a car. He treats us well except for when it is FREEZING outside. We had to put him into hiding for the winter because he was having a hard time starting after he sat outside all night long in the below freezing weather. I know this is weird but I totally like driving it more than Todd does. I didn't want him to get it because I am paranoid and thought that he would die but it doesn't matter now because I always make him take the car and I drive Ricardo so there is no need for me to worry about him. I am ready for it to be warm so I can drive it again for the following reasons.

1. I get a really really good parking spot at school.
2. The scooter is so light that sometimes when I am stopped at a stoplight I have to get off and run to the sidewalk and press the button to cross the road because the sensors can't feel the scooter and the light won't change. It makes me feel really cool.
3. It gets over 80 miles for one gallon of gas.
4. I get to wear a really sweet half helmet that makes me feel like I am on Dumb and Dumber

That is all I can think of right now but I mostly am just excited for it to be warm.

In other news my last post talked about how much I was not excited for Valentines Day. Well my fabulous husband knows just how to make it a perfect night. He made me a wonderful dinner of roast and mashed potatoes, then he thought that it would be fun to have a "sleepover" in our family room so he brought the bed out. We watched Father of the Bride parts 1 and 2 and ate popcorn. Potatoes, movies, popcorn, and sleeping... the keys to my heart I tell ya! He is the best and we had a good time.

Bored

So this is the thing. I never have anything exciting to write about which is why I was hesitant to start a blog because I feel like I don't have anything to tell people. I know that I don't like it when sometimes people take a long time to post something new so I thought that I better not wait for a long time either. Tomorrow is Valentines Day and I have to admit that I have never been a big fan of Valentines day. Maybe I am just not a normal girl. I do enjoy getting flowers but other than that it isn't that big of a deal for me. However this year I was very excited to come home from school one day and found a package sitting on my porch. My wonderful parents sent me a little gift! I can't tell you how much I love this popcorn! It really is a beautiful thing. As I was growing up they always send these to people for Christmas and would send one to our house as well. I could eat all of the popcorn by myself it is so good. I think that I have an unhealthy addiction to popcorn. We have had it for about two days and we are already half way done with it. Anyway I know that no one really cares about my obsession with popcorn but I am at work and there is nothing for me to do.

Anyway I also wanted to say Happy Birthday to the parentals! They are lucky and got to go to Hawaii for their birthdays! My mom's was on the 7th and my dad's is tomorrow! I just really love them! They are the best parents ever. My dad is now the big 5 0 so you make sure you give him a hard time for it!And as you can see I also really struggle with posting pictures.
I will get better one day!

So I guess I have been tagged. Most people know all of this about us but now you can read it anyway.

How long have you been together? Not long enough... no for reals though we started dating July 2005
How long did you date? We dated for a year and 4 months, engaged for 8 months... too long
How old is he? 24
Who eats more? Todd for sure! Especially if it is ice cream he loves that almost as much as he loves me.
Who said "I love you" first? Todd, then I said it about 2 1/2 hours later... my bad
Who is taller? Todd
Who sings better? I do but he tries really hard.
Who is smarter? This is a sensitive subject. We are studying the same thing so we compare more often than we should. I am really good at memorizing things and taking tests but he is better than me at everything else. Really he just is the best.
Who does the laundry? I do it most of the time but Todd is more than willing to help me with everything. He mostly only has to do it if I am a slacker and it has been almost 2 weeks since I have done it. I just have alot more clothes than he does.
Who does the dishes? Todd does it most of the time because he knows that I hate to do them. We don't have a dishwasher so I get annoyed with them really easily. We do them together alot but I still only have to dry usually.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Looking from the foot of the bed, I sleep on the right side, even though sometimes I make Todd trade with me because depending on my mood his side is more comfortable than mine :)
Who pays the bills? We both do, it just depends on who thinks of it first. If I had it my way I would pay the bills as soon as I got them in the mail but my husband likes to wait till the last second possible to pay them. "Why give them my money sooner than I have to?"
Who mows the lawn? We don't have a lawn to mow but I promise you that Todd would mow it if we had one.
Who cooks dinner? I do but Todd does make a mean Swiss Cheese Chicken.
Who is more stubborn? We are both pretty stubborn but I would say that it would be me
Who kissed who first? Todd kissed me
Who asked who out? I guess you could say that he asked me out but really his friend asked me out for him.
Who proposed? Todd
Who is more sensitive? Me ... not even a question I almost cried because Mitt Romney didn't do well on Super Tuesday so that tells you alot about me. (speaking of I really don't enjoy McCain)
Who has more friends? Todd has way more friends than I do... everyone who knows Todd loves him. We mostly are just friends with our families and we love it... I know we are cool.
Who has more siblings? Todd = 9 sibs Me = 4 sibs
Who wears the pants in the relationship? Todd
