1.概述 / Overview
变频器在使用过程中经常会受到来自电网电压突变和操作过电压引起的冲击电流,会严重损坏变频器的性能和使用寿命,所以需要在其前面加装输入电抗器,一是用来限制电网电压突变和操作过电压引起的冲击电流,能有效的保护变频器;二是改善变频器的功率因数,防止谐波干扰。
变频器运行中同时会产生高次谐波和产生波形畸变,会影响设备正常使用。为此在其输出端加装输出电抗器,用来补偿变频器与电动机之间连接电缆线分布电容的影响,并能有效抑制变频器输出的谐波,减小设备噪声和设备过早老化的作用。
When used, variable-frequency drives are often subject to impulse current arising out of abrupt change in grid voltage and operating overvoltage. This seriously harms performance and service life of the variable-frequency drives. Hence, input reactors have to be mounted in the front of the drives for two purposes: On one hand, they inhibit impulse current resulting from abrupt change in grid voltage and operating overvoltage, to effective protect the drives; on the other hand, they improve power factor of the drives, to prevent harmonic interference. During operation of the variable-frequency drives, high order harmonic and waveform distortion will be produced and occur, thus impacting normal use of the equipment. Hence, mount output reactors at their output terminals to compensate for the impacts of distributed capacitance of the cables between the variable-frequency drives and the motors. In addition, the reactors can effectively suppress harmonic output by the variable-frequency drives, reduce equipment noise and mitigate too early aging of equipment.
