15vip太阳集团新生开学工作有序进行

近日，为方便新生高效快捷地办理报到和入学手续，切实为新生提供“热情、周到、便捷、有序”的一站式服务，15vip太阳集团各级领导、退役军人、学生干部以及迎新志愿者积极配合学院迎新工作。
校党委委员、副校长廖湘岳，15vip太阳集团党委副书记王鹤以及学院23级班主任前往新生宿舍视察迎新接待工作，深入了解学生入住情况。就新生的生活用品、床位等问题进行检查，及时与相关负责人沟通，帮助新生解决入住问题。期间，廖湘岳依次走访各级迎新点，对工作在一线的迎新志愿者表示亲切的问候。看到各个接待点的工作人员精神饱满、准备充分，廖湘岳给予了肯定。
无论是在校内迎新点、学生公寓、学生食堂，还是在校园秩序维护、校园设施维修等日常工作中，都有退役军人志愿服务者的身影。退役空军现22级工商管理专业颜振邦和22级人力资源管理专业秦鹏协助学院设置了迎新展板，并积极打扫新生的宿舍卫生。秦鹏表示，干干净净的宿舍，代表的是15vip太阳集团的风貌，要做好清洁工作，以最好的面貌迎接新生。
为促进迎新工作顺利开展，15vip太阳集团还在迎新点设立了有关学院师资力量、优秀学生的立牌，并在前期提前召开了迎新志愿者、养成教育辅导员的培训大会。23级工商管理专业新生兰柯婧来到学校感叹道：“很高兴来到科大，这里风景宜人，学校从领导老师到助班、迎新志愿者、食堂的叔叔阿姨都非常热情，能在科大学习我为之自豪，也非常期待接下来的大学生活。”
接下来，学院将开展为期两周的新生军训，加强对新生的国防教育，为新生进入大学上好“开学第一课”。
