Have you heard the phrase "It's difficult to design for yourself"? My former employer suffered from this problem. Multiple designers agonized over our new website for years. Nobody could seem to capture the feel that appealed to everyone in the studio. When it was my turn to give it a shot, I took some old ideas that we had and blended them together with a new look to make what is now the Page Design website. My personal favorite part of the design is that each staff member had an opportunity to customize the drink and knick-knacks found in the right sidebar.
