Always & Forever

Hi there!

This month I have the great honor of being Guest Designer for A Day For Daises. I was very happy when they chose me, because I have been a big fan of their images for the moment I started card making. You can see here that some of my first post in this blog use ADFD images. Today I consider myself even more lucky, as I just found out that this may be their last challenge, at least for some time.

So, this is my card for their February challenge, with the theme "Love is in the Air/Anything Goes" using Mr. Right.

Magic Tag and Stitching Tutorial

Hello Friend

Hi there!

It is time for a new challenge at 613 Avenue Create. It is challenge #98 and our optional twist is to use the word Hello in our makes. This week I am showcasing an image from Flat Friends Boutique (many thanks for sponsoring us) and I found these chicks. I think they are very cute, and I have made this card thinking of a friend that just had a baby boy.

Ahoy There!

Hi there!

This is my second post as Guest Designer for the ABC Challenges this month. The theme this fortnight is N for Nautical. The truth is that I didn't seem to have in my stash anything suitable for the theme, until I remembered about the cute little stamps that I had bought for my sweet little man's birthday, which is coming soon. So, I decided to use it and go CAS.

Mini album: Birthday Girl

Hi there!

It is time for another challenge at 613 Avenue Create. This is challenge #72, and the theme is Anything Goes, with optional twist use at least three of the following shapes: heart, arrow, star, octagon, triangle, circle, oval, square or rectangle.

When I saw the lovely images that the sponsor had provided for the DT to play, I thought they were perfect for making something for my Little Flower second birthday that is going to be very soon. So, I decided to make a mini album to put the pictures of such and important day.

Es hora d'un altre repte a 613 Avenue Create. És el repte #72, i el tema és Tot Val, amb el gir opcional d'utilitzar al menys tres de les següents formes: cors, fletxes, estreles, octogons, triangles, ovals, cuadres o rectangles.

Quan vaig veure les precioses imatges que el patrocinador havia proporcionat per al equip de disseny, vaig pensar que eren perfectes per a fer alguna cosa per al segon aniversari de la meua Floreta, que serà molt prompte. Així, vaig decidir fer un mini àlbum per a posar les fotos d'un dia tan important.

In this mini-album I used digital stamps from Jellypark (girl with sign, bunting, hearts and Wonderful Birthday sentiment), patterned papers from Doodlebug Design's Baby Girl pack and Happy Birthday " sentiment from Ditzie Digi Designs

I tried to keep it simple as I prefer to choose the embellishments once I have selected the pictures, but to mark the places where the pics will go I used a little camera stamp that I carved myself in a rubber last summer.

Quick visit card

Hi there,

The family of one of my sweet little boy school friends is moving out of the country to find better luck. And in the age of emails and social networks, on our last meeting, the night before her last day of school, her mum asked my to give her our physical address o_o. Because it was late and I was already leaving, I told her I would give a note to the teacher, to give it to her. When I was at home than night, I decided to make them visit card.

This is the result, and I'm sure I will make some more.
