Hi lovelies! I've started to amass a few rose gold watches, and realized that I really don't have much matching jewelry. Not that I like to match metals, I'd rather them mixed, but sometimes you just want to match! So here's my three watches and some baubles I've come across to style them with. What are your favorites? (PS ~ The Michael Kors bad boy was my Valentine's gift to myself!)

Vince Camuto Hex Facet Ring
Adrienne Vittadini Modern Metals Multi-Tone Faceted Necklace

Vince Camuto Dome Color Ring

Which is your favorite?

DIY ~ Refashioned Rose Gold Glitter Shoes
Hello lovelies! It's Thursday, which means it's time for me to link up to Natasha and Kim's Old to New in October! Today's inspiration comes from the Sam Edelman Adena Rose Gold Flat. I love these shoes and still covet them, but I'm on a shopping break, so it's a no go for me right now.
After seeing Grace's Rose Gold Miniaudiere DIY, I knew what I had to do. I gathered my supplies and followed her perfect instructions.
I stuffed the shoes with newspaper so they would kind of hold shape and also so I wouldn't mess up the insides too much. Also, in hindsight, I should have added alot more glitter to my mod podge, since I ended up doing like 8 coats! Here it is after one coat. Let each coat dry thoroughly before applying the next!
And here's what they look like now! I thought they were done, until I took the picture and the flash revealed some still visible zebra stripes. Ughhh. Another coat tonight and hopefully that should do it!
I cannot wait to wear these with some ankle length trousers!
Be sure to visit Natasha and Kim's blogs as well as the other ladies who are linking up their projects too! Also, Old to New in October is sponsored by Anika Burke Eclectic Boutique, so be sure to check them out as well!
If you haven't already, don't forget to enter my Shabby Apple Cameo Necklace Giveaway!!!!

I heart BaubleBar!
The ever amazing Grace from Stripes and Sequins has been raving about BaubleBar recently, so I had to check it out. I'm now SUCH a convert! I ordered some bracelets today.
I'm madly in love with the handcuff bracelet, which would look great with my Kilt Pin Charm Necklace I made, here, with the adorable handcuff charms on it :)
I also ordered the Square Bangle Set, because three of the bangles remind me of rose gold, and the hematite bangle thrown in just completes the look I think!
I can't wait to get these in, they shipped IMMEDIATELY after I ordered, and since this was my first order, shipping was FREE! I am soooo hooked! Can't wait to wear these, and I will post pics!

It's coming up roses...
I am loving all the rose gold everywhere right now. I was looking at the jewelry aisle in Walmart and found some amazing rose gold colored chain and picked them up! I really haphazardly threw this necklace together in about 30 mins. Here's the materials I used:
I got the rusty rose colored embroidery floss and decided to blanket stitch two strands of silver chain together. I didn't take any pics, but you could google blanket stitch and easily do it if you're not already familiar with it.
That's a nice view of the blanket stitch...
I attached a silver jump ring to the end of each chain and then another jump ring connecting the two together, done on both ends.
Then I took the clasps off the chains and opened the jump rings. I cut random lengths of chain since I didn't want this to look 'perfect' or forced. Just start attaching the chains to the jump rings.
When you have all the chains you want attached, link the silver jump rings on as well, followed by the clasps.
Take the necklace and lay it flat, with each end of the clasp laid straight out.
Using more jump rings, randomly gather sections of chain together.
I have this antiqued goldish colored angel wing charm I got (amongst a zillion other amazing charms) from Magnolia etsy shop. Seriously, there is SO MUCH amazing stuff on there! Anyways, I attached that to one of the jump rings.
I decided I wanted to add some more randomness of the thicker chain, so I opened a link and attached it to the main chain.
There it is! Super simple, yet kinda complex, and totally haphazard and random :)
I also made some matching earrings, I just cut varying random lengths of chain and attached them to a jump ring and then to an earring hook. Easy peasy! Thanks for checking my DIY out!
