I made this fun box card-of course with Easter Eggs and a Carrot!  This is a basic box card, so easy to make. I made this exactly as designed except I used chalk on the cheeks.
Look for three other styles in this crate design.

Easter Bunny Box Card

Happy Monday! I'm here to share this cute project with you.

Such a fun little bunny box card to make...and I love the carrot passengers!

Back in the days of stamping expo's, my thing to collect was carrots-don't ask me why, who knows??? I still love anything to do with carrots. What did you collect when you first started stamping?

This is such a super cute creation, I can't wait to pop it in the mail!

HMFMC #345 ATG or Make an Easel Card

House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge

#435

 Anything Goes

with the option theme of

Easel Cards

A2 Front Easel Card (Silhouette)

There are new  stamps out! I get so excited when we get new meece stamps!

I colored the image with copics and added a bit of clouds with a stencil. I stamped the sentiment at the top. That image panel is connected together to the striped paper with a little white brad (remember those?)  and then the striped paper is glued on to the pink base.

I love this easel card design, which I cut with my Silhouette. I cut the easel card with my Silhouette just as is except for the image panel. I added a small matting to the white piece so the matting shows off the white image  panel, especially the fancy cut at the bottom.

March Challenge

Anything Goes

or the optional theme-

"On the Farm"

Barn (for the corn)
Barn Patchwork Quilt Blocks (for the barn and card base)
Sentiments by Hero Arts (Sending Smiles Message)

I thought these chickens were perfect for a cute little  On The Farm theme. I colored them with copics and used my Scan N Cut to cut out the image.

I cut the barn scene with my Silhouette, adding the clouds with a stencil before assembling the scene and added the little chicken parade on with pop dots. I finished if off with several Hero Arts sentiments.

Double Gatefold Card Flower Bunch (Lori Whitlock Store, Silhouette Store-cut file)

For my card today I used this cute  cut file and added my fun little meece loving their flowers! I cut the flower bouquet the and the only adjustment I made was to add a .075 pink layer/matting to the back of my image so it would stand out more.  I stamped and colored this cute flower party and then added a sweet sentiment that is included with the set. The sentiments included are Happy Spring, Enjoy the little things.... and Showering you with love.

It's a bit strange to be thinking of flowers when I am sitting here watching a snow blizzard outside. Such a beautiful site but give it a few months and the flowers will be blooming!

Hope you had a special Valentine's Day.

Wow, a lot of my Penny Black goodies got used on this card! I just dug it all out and went with it lol!

I cut a frame out of two Stitches of Love stacker dies. I added a light pink embossed panel behind the frame and then tucked in a copic colored heart tree, added my little hedgie on the card with an action wobbler, and then stamped the sentiment from the transparent sentiment set Only You.

This really is a fun card!!!

You can find a little mini tutorial on the Lori Whitlock blog HERE.

Both cards are part of the Fabulous Birthday Card Bundle.

This was a fun one!

I used Lori Whitlock A Slice of Summer papers for the balloons.
I have made several of these cuties. I cut on six different 6x6 papers and cut ALL the balloons out of each color. Then I'm just playing mixy match. I think I will get probably 4 cards when done.

Hope you enjoyed my Lori Whitlock Projects today!

Lori Whitlock February Blog Hop

Welcome to our February Blog Hop!

My projects today are these cute little candy huggers. Lori has so many different designs for other holidays as well! I have made the Halloween huggers for my co-workers before and they were a big hit. Now that I am not working anymore, I felt a bit of sadness that I didn't have them to share with anymore. They always loved them and many of them kept them in their office on display.  I decided to make 30 of these for my daughters second grade class room. I am sure those littles will be tickled!

These huggers were quick to make. I made 6 each for a total of 30-enough for my daughters students. FYI there are more critter hugger designs too.

To make these fast and easy I opened all 5 huggers and grouped like colors together so I only cut brown, white, black and pink polka dot. For the orange and pink small pieces I cut them out of white and colored them with copics before removing them from the mat.

To attach my candy, I added a bit of foam tape on the back of the candy and they stuck nicely.  I also did a print and cut of the sentiments and tied them on with twine after gluing the little huggy arms together.

Made to look like my grand doggie Midge.

For my creations today I chose several cute vintage House  Mouse  stamps. You could really use any of the gazillion house mouse images!  I cut the card bases with my Silhouette, enlarging the file so that I could fit most of my stamped image.  (Valentine Rectangle Frame #16045  resized to approx 4 x 5.5.)

The images are colored with copics.

Bio.
I have been drawing since a child and studied graphics at College many years ago, I now work as a Medical photographer part time but my love was always drawing. I started cardmaking about 4yrs ago when I bought my daughter a cardmaking kit which we did together, but I’m afraid I got the bug! My daughter preferred scrapbooking. I then started looking online at other blogs and this then became my passion and I loved sharing my cards with like minded people.
I love stamping and loved finding images, but sometimes I could not find what I wanted so I started to draw myself. This then has become my second addiction and I have never looked back, I love thinking of new images, and its just fabulous to see others take them and make them into beautiful works of art. Long may it continue!
