He’s All That for Facebook Live

Hello everyone! For my Facebook Live video today, I shared a fun masculine card using the He’s All That stamp set and coordinating All That Dies from the new 2022-2023 Stampin’ Up!® Annual Catalog. Today was “On the Fly Friday”, I didn’t really have a project planned for Facebook Live and it was fun to simply create as I went.

Please join me over on on my *Stampin’ Anne Facebook Page*, where I do Live videos sharing fun Stampin’ Up!® projects. My set time for Facebook Live is Friday at 4:00pm CST, and occasionally I like to share additional Live videos when I’m able. Be sure to “Like” and “Follow” my Facebook Page so you get the notifications. If you can’t make it Live, you can always watch the replay.

You can catch the replay over on my YouTube Channel, as well. Be sure to subscribe while you are there! Click on the video below to watch the replay for today’s card:

Color Combo:
I just love this suite of products to create awesome masculine cards! I did struggle a little with the placement of the twine in the video but was able to make it work after I fidgeted with it for a while after the Live. I also decided to go back and heat emboss the sentiment and sponge some ink around the edges of the circle to add a little more depth. It’s a little detail but it adds a lot to the card!
Card Measurements & Details:
  • Basic Black Card Base: 4-1/4” x 11, scored at 5-1/2”
  • Basic White Cardstock: 4” x 5-1/4”
  • Sahara Sand Cardstock: 3-7/8” x 5-1/8”, embossed with Gingham Embossing Folder
  • Basic Black Cardstock: 2-1/8” x 4-3/8”
  • He’s the Man Specialty Designer Series Paper (tie & glasses pattern): 2” x 4-1/4”
  • He’s the Man Specialty Designer Series Paper (black/brown check pattern): 4” x 1-1/4”, punch or cut a banner on the right side
  • Basic Black Cardstock: scrap to die cut a scalloped circle (All That Dies)
  • Basic White Cardstock: scrap to die cut circle (Layering Circles Dies), heat emboss sentiment and sponge Sahara Sand ink around the edges
  • Crumb Cake Twine and Rustic Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots
  • Basic White Cardstock (inside card): 4” x 5-1/4”
  • He’s the Man Specialty Designer Series Paper (inside card): 3/4” x 5-1/4”
Here’s a peek inside the card! I added in the Father’s Day sentiment from the stamp set along with a little pop of the DSP to coordinate with the front of the card.

A Good Man for PP491

Happy Sunday! Time for a new creative challenge over at The Paper Players
This week, Ann is hosting our monthly Clean and Simple (CAS) Theme Challenge.
Check it out and play along with us!
This challenge was the perfect to ink up the To a Good Man stamp set! I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to use this set, actually. It’s a fun set to color with the Stampin’ Blends Markers and I really love the line drawn images. It’s a good set to celebrate Father’s Day, birthdays or simply want to celebrate a special guy in your life.  Thankfully this stamp set will be carrying over to the new Stampin Up!® Annual Catalog so there is still plenty of time to use it.

In keeping with the challenge, I kept the layout fairly simple and added in a little pop of the striped pattern from the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper and texture from the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder. I’ve listed all of the measurements below long with a supply list at the end of this post.
Card Measurements and Details:
  • Night of Navy Card Base - 4-1/4” x 11”, scored at 5-1/2”
  • Old Olive Cardstock - 4” x 5-1/4”, embossed with Subtle 3D Embossing Folder
  • Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper - 4” x 1-7/8”
  • Whisper White Cardstock - 2-1/2” x 4-1/4”, stamp image and color with Stampin’ Blends
  • Crumb Cake Cardstock - 1-1/4” x 2-3/4”, stamp sentiment and the punch end with Banner triple Punch
  • Whisper White Cardstock (inside card) - 4” x 5-1/4”
I hope you will join us this week over at The Paper Players and share your project for our Clean and Simple (CAS) Theme Challenge. We’d love to see what you come up with! You can link up your project through Noon PST on Friday May 22nd, 2020
