More house

So here are some more pictures of the house. They have been painting inside and brought most of the cabinetry. It is getting fun! Shouldn't be long now :)

Twins

Andrew and Brandon chilling in their super cool shirts from England! Thanks Connely Family!

This is Daddy's idea of a place to sleep Brandon since we are running out of space in the basement!

They almost don't fit in the crib together these days. Running out of room! At night we put them in different cribs so they don't wake each other up. They are sleeping through the night, so it must be working! What little angels :)
They love this toy! It lights up and plays music and they just stare and talk to it, it is really cute.

The House

The house is coming along. Here is one picture of the inside and the outside is bricked! It is actually more done inside and out now, but I haven't taken any pictures lately!

Happy Birthday Michael!

Michael's 2nd Birthday!

As you can see he loves his hammer (and all of his other new tools from his Grandma and Grandpa).
I don't think he knew what to think about everyone singing to him though....

Sitting on Papa Mike's lap checking out the bag of tools

Playing with Grandma Susie

Who knew a rake could be SO exciting? Aunt Kathleen really struck gold with this present. He immediately proceeded to raking all his cars into a neat little pile :)

My first attempt at crafty birthday cakes! Michael knew what they were so I guess that means they were a success!!!!
They have been slowing eating everything off of the cakes since the party, which is extra fun that we get to enjoy them longer than just one night!

This summer!

We went to Wheeler Farm with some friends and saw all the animals. It was a lot of fun. Brian said one of the roosters looked like it was from Africa because of it's feathers. It was hilarious looking! I couldn't get a good picture of that rooster (darn)!

Michael playing in the little tree house (for some reason I think that was one of his favorite things at Wheeler farm).

Michael riding on Daddy's shoulders by the duck and geese pond.

Michael making friends with the bunnies :)

The Touch a Truck Festival

Michael LOVED (let me say it again LOVED) this. The kids get to touch, drive, and push buttons in all fo the different trucks they had. His favorite was this buldozer, we had to visit it a few times. Great Grandma came with us!

Michael is driving this little skid steer/buldozer thing and having a ball!

Standing on top of one of the fire engines you can see some of the other trucks here. Michael is wearing Mommy's sunglasses (I forgot his...opps!).

Michael driving the fire truck, as you can see, this makes him a very happy boy! I think my sunglasses are a bit big for him, don't you?

This is Michael in his new PJ's from Grandma Susie reading his bedtime story.

Last, but not least, Brian and I (along with my Aunt Kathleen, and good friend Jenn) competed in the corporate games for our company. Our sport was Go Karting, don't we look cute?!?!?!

Michael & the Pets

Sorry for the long dry spell with no posts! Life has been crazy with selling our house and moving into our new place (thanks Mom & Dad), while we build a new house.

Here are some funny videos of Michael with our pets (at the old house). He is so sweet with our animals. A real animal lover!

Michael and Sophie seem to have a really good time with the hose! Ever since we took Sophie to Powell with the family she has been a water dog!

Michael and Tootles are funny too. Tootles will put up with all sort of squishing (loving) from Michael. Michael has also taken to saying his name silly (like in the video). Thought I would take a video of it while it lasted!

Spring!

Michael and Brian built his bike last night and I think using the tools may have been the best part for Michael. He was so excited he ran around saying: "tools, wheels, bite (bike), hammer" over and over again. I think he almost drove Brian crazy picking up all the tools and hanging off of him the whole time he tried to build it :) It was adorable!

Next came riding the bike. He can't quite reach the pedals, but that did not stop him from racing around on his new bike.

So Daddy decided to fix it with blocks! He taped them to the bottom of Michael's shoes. It was hilarious, I couldn't stop laughing at Michael trying to walk on the blocks. He thought it was funny for a minute, then he didn't like it so much anymore.

This morning he asked to put his "hat" on and then wanted to watch Bob the Builder. Funny boy, he must build, ride, and do every little boy activity he can think of.....all at the same time!

Just wanted to show you Sophie really quick too. She is growing like a weed! She is a sweet dog, and tries really hard to obey commands. She is still a puppy though, and some days I would like to send her for a vacation away from home!

Stands above Brian's knee now! Crazy!!!
