What is PASMO?

PASMO is a convenient IC card

PASMO can be used to pay for train and bus fare

With PASMO, you can travel all over the metro Tokyo area
and use participating railway and bus networks across Japan* simply
by touching your card at the ticket gate or at the farebox on the bus.

*Note that PASMO is not accepted on all train and bus networks in Japan.
