Festive flurry ornament kit from Stampin'up!

Festive flurry ornament on my white Christmas tree. Very easy to make and it is my favorite Christmas craft this year.
I really love paper art and crafts and this kit is amazing. I was able to make these beautiful snow flakes. Since I don't really have the time I love easy and fast projects that can impress and this is perfect.
The kit has 10 snow flakes and it's plenty enough to decorate your tree or give as gifts.
Here are the many uses:
Tree ornament, snow flake Paper wreath, hanging on a banner, on a gift, on a Christmas card, Mini tree topper, give the kit as a gift to the paper art lover, on a cloche or jar, on a picture frame, for a Christmas party on paper hats, hanging from the ceiling, on cupcakes, on party favors bags. Etc..

Festive flurry ornaments used as a banner
 On a gift
On a party favor bag or gift bag and for a Christmas card.

They are gorgeous and so much fun!

Disclosure: I was given a free Festive flurry ornament kit from Stampin'up! in  exchange for a review.

Positive thoughts, Thanksgiving printable

I have been trying to be thankful this month and there is few things that help me. Every day before going to sleep I think about all the things that happened that day and I fall asleep with good thoughts and a grateful heart. It can be little things like chocolate I had that day, a text from a friend, a kiss from hubby. I have noticed that even though I don't see my problems necessarily going away because really for some I have no control over them, I notice the positive more and I do want to be like that. I want to be a positive person and a happier person. It's all about how you see your life. Not what is in it. Positive thoughts attract positive in your life. I made a printable for you. I think it would be cute framed or used for a card for a friend.
Do you have tips to be happy? Or more positive?
Have you tried a gratitude journal?

Hope you enjoy! For personal use only please!

Cupcake paper toppers: the American flag

I may be a cupcake addict, but really they are so cute and the small portion is very appealing to me. Just a small bite won't add 1 pound to my body. This is one of my favorite for the 4th of July.
I have been thinking of cute ways to embellish cupcakes, from the store or homemade it will give your little cakes this little special touch that people will remember.
All you need is decorated cupcakes with sprinkles and American flags picks. I find the picks at Zurchers.
