K6s red star sweater: Winter fashion

I really like sweaters in winter and bright colors too. We still have snow in Utah and this outfit is perfect to go in the mountains. I like this red with stars sweater a lot. It's very warm and figure flattering. Perfect when I gain a little extra pounds in winter.

6Ks Star applique sweater /  No boundaries ecru leggings / Earth spirit brown boots / Walmart mustard colored hat.

Disclosure: I was given a free sweater in exchange for a review/post by 6KS.

Healthy dessert: baked apple recipe

I used to make these baked apples with my Mom when I was a kid in France. It is very easy and healthy and my kids love them too. Baby loves to chew on them. This is a great dessert for an healthy diet.

Healthy baked apple recipe. Organic, Vegetarian, Vegan dessert

1 Organic apple per person (Fuji here but any red or golden apple will work)
1 slice of Hazelnut bread per person (or your favorite and usual healthy bread)
1 Tablespoon Organic brown sugar or 1/2 Tablespoon Organic Aguave.
1/2 Tablespoon oats per apple.

Preheat oven at 350.
In small individual dish, cut your slice of bread to fit the dish.
Core the apple with a knife in a square shape or use an apple corer, place on the bread. Add the brown sugar or Aguave in the middle of the apple and then sprinkle the Oats on top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the apple is tender and brown.

Frost inspiration

Pictures are Frenchy copyrighted

The past 3 weeks have been Frosty in Utah.
Under 20 degrees.
I have been Hibernating and reading books.
Not too much to do when it is so cold.

These pictures were inspired by "Frost"
I used white and Turquoise blue eye shadow. Chapstic with white eye shadow. I am wearing a wig in the picture. Not for everyday use of course but a white Headband or cute white hat would look great...For the clothes...
Whites, flowy .

Have you been hibernating ?
If you did not, tell me where you live. I may be moving where you live.
Have a great day !

I used to design...

Before the economy crisis...I designed few houses, design few gardens. I was very good at choosing a great lot and views...
This is my house, a reproduction of a 17th century mansion around Paris. It took 2 years to build with a bad builder and way over budget.
Designing the fore plan, colors and interior was very easy for me. Finding the right Century things to put in it in Utah, like a mantle and Chandeliers....Super hard but not impossible. Most Utah houses are very Western and Country.
We have been in this house for 2 years.
And yes, it is way too big. It was supposed to be an investment. LOL.
I will never build my own home again. Too many tears. Too long....Many other reasons.
Designing for others is easy. For yourself...way too emotional.
My advice to you if you do Build. Build small and pay it off or all cash.
I enjoy this house a lot, but not the cleaning or the mortgage payments. HAHAHA.
It is sure gorgeous...

The view in back is breath taking.
Something interesting...All the ceilings have colors... Especially Aqua blue. Will post pictures later...
