Pink cupcake liner wreath craft and Monday party!

How was your week? We all have a cold here. Not fun. A baby with a cold means no sleep for me but this too shall pass.
I really like this cupcake liner valentine wreath from The fresh plate. I still have my Christmas wreath on my door "sight". I could use one like this and would enjoy making it. Go check it out!
Thanks so much for linking!

Ballerina 1st birthday party

Ma petite Soleil is 1 already. We had a Ballerina party for her. I used things already made from the store and added a craft: A party hat.

Cupcakes, cake and mini white roses are from the store

Pink and white cupcakes with sprinkles

Cute little cake and "1" Paper hat

I love mini roses. These white ones are so gorgeous. They are still growing on my window sill and I hope to plant it this Spring.

My 12 year old made this party paper hat with my instructions. She did a fantastic job!

Little cakes from Little Debbie snack cakes
We had the party around Valentines' Day so everything is heart shaped

She loved her cake

But decided on a cupcake

Happy birthday my sweet Ballerina!

Happy Birthday to Hubby and a Peanut butter and Jelly pie or dessert recipe

I am so late with all my post. I just downloaded 300 pictures out of my camera. I guess it is pretty hard for me to blog with a newborn. Taking care of a new baby is non stop even a super good baby like Soleil.
This is an easy dessert to make and i got so many compliments over the years. it is truly delicious.

The secret is Jello no bake, peanut butter cup dessert.
Just follow the instructions.

The oreo crust comes first. I used a form pan but you can use a pie pan.

Then the peanut butter filling.

Then 1/4 cup strawberry Jelly.

The hard shell comes last. I made a heart by letting the strawberry jelly show.
Whipping cream is very good on top too.

Happy Birthday sweetie. yes, the kids had to take turns blowing the candles.

Peanut butter cupcakes and chocolate frosting recipe {14 days of Valentine}

I have been craving Peanut butter cupcakes so bad!!!
I made my own recipe with things i already had in my pantry.

Also, with Valentine and the baby coming soon, i thought i would start on Valentine treats.
2 years ago, i made sweet snacks and treats for my hubby for 14 days before valentine.
Very fun and January is a great time to plan it.
You can see the posts here. 14 days of Valentine.
Hubby's Birthday is on the 13th.
So, there is Valentine Birthday party ideas, handmade cards and sweet quotes too.

**
The cupcakes taste like Nutty butter cookies (Yum!)
The icing is so yummy!!

Frenchy's Peanut butter cupcakes

1 box yellow cake mix,
1/2 cup Skippy smooth peanut butter,
1 cup water,
1/3 cup Canola oil,
3 eggs,
Chocolate icing (recipe below)

Preheat oven at 350*
With a mixer, mix cake mix, peanut butter, water, oil and eggs.

When the texture is very smooth, spoon in cupcake liners. 3/4 of the way to the top of liner.
My 4 year old did the job :)
Not to worry, the cupcake turn very beautiful and full.
Cook at 350 degrees until a knife comes clean when you poke the cupcakes.

Let your cupcakes cool completely.
Frost with piping tool the chocolate frosting.

Frenchy's chocolate frosting

1 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted,
1/2 cup very good coco powder, sifted,
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 stick butter (room temperature),
2 1/2 tablespoon water,

With mixer, beat all ingredients. I started a little bit with the fork and then, the mixer. (I have a hand mixer). If you have a standing mixer skip the fork.

Frost your cupcake,
Add some Wilton heart icing decorations.
Super cute.
