My clean eating breakfast

This is my favorite and healthy breakfast. You need to eat well in the mornings and wake up your metabolism. I am never hungry in the mornings but I do better with my workout if I eat something healthy and solid in the mornings even if I workout at night. Also I loose more weight if I do a light dinner. If I do a light breakfast I don't loose as fast.
In addition my baby loves it too and it's super good for her body and growth.
There is no dairy because it makes you bloated and when you try to be fit, extra gas is not a good thing... It's about 400 calories.

Clean eating Breakfast Oatmeal

1/2 cup Oatmeal,
1 cup coconut milk,
1 envelop Stevia,
1 cup of Mix of fruits like blueberries, raspberries, bananas and 1 prune.
1 teaspoon Chia seeds

Cook your oatmeal with coconut milk. Add Stevia and Chia seeds. Top with fruits.

Healthy and tasty chicken Fajitas

I love this recipe because it is tasty, easy and my kids will eat them up.

You will need:
One head of lettuce,
1 onion,
1 green pepper,
1 orange pepper,
3 chicken breasts.
1 teaspoon coconut oil,
1 packet of Fajitas seasoning mix.

Wash and cut all ingredients in thick julienne manner,
In a non stick pan warm your oil and add all ingredients. Cook, stirring often until all ingredients are lightly brown. Add your quesadilla packet and follow the directions on the back of the packet.
Wash your head of lettuce and use one leaf to wrap your fajitas filling like you would with a quesadilla.
