乙交酯是α羥基酸的環(huán)狀二聚體,可用于制備脂肪族聚酯。它通過(guò)甘醇酸的二聚化而合成。它可制備低毒的人造生物可降解聚合物,適于醫(yī)療應(yīng)用。它主要用于通過(guò)開(kāi)環(huán)聚合反應(yīng)形成高度結(jié)晶的聚乙交酯。
