Spellbinders Large Die Of The Month - Blooming Heart

The Large Die of the Month for December is called Blooming Heart.  Can you believe it's time for Valentine sets to start coming out already!

This is a 13 piece die set that included the large heart, two vines that make up the center of the heart and all the little flowers and layers to make it dimensional.  It also includes two sentiments, LOVE and WITH LOVE.

I've used the Simply Perfect Florets Embossing Folder for the background.

This is the last Spellbinders Large Die of the Month posting for me.  I have chosen not to renew that die set for another year, but I will definitely still be using Spellbinders products!

Spellbinders Large Die of The Month - Stitched Ornament & Display

The Large Die of the Month for October is called Stitched Ornament & Display.

This is something we haven't had before and is really quite easy to make.  You can stitch the ornament or use markers to faux stitch as you have seen me do before.

This set has 16 cutting dies and the finished project is 5" x 7".

I used the brand new Holiday Floral Swag Embossing Folder with this project.  I inked the inside of the folder on the debossing side before inserting the cardstock pieces. 

I used Fashion Gold Embellishments on the ornament.

This folder is absolutely beautiful!

Spellbinders Large Die of The Month - Thankful Tractor

The Large Die of the Month for September is called Thankful Tractor.

This month there are 22 cutting dies, AND all the itty bitty ones are combined into one larger die.  That makes me so happy because I spend a ridiculous amount of time chasing dies that take flight from the die cut machine. 😁

I made this into a mini slimline card and just barely made it in length!  I should have shortened the trailer hitch a bit, but I do my best thinking after the fact.

I inked the card with Evergreen Bough, Scattered Straw and Speckled Egg and then ran it through the  Beautiful Blooms 3D embossing folder. This folder is SO beautiful!

Spellbinders Large Die Of The Month - Strawberry Patch

The Large Die of the Month for August is a summer strawberry set called Strawberry Patch.

This is a 16 piece die set includes a vine with additional leaves, three sizes of strawberries, flowers and a basket. 

My hello isn't actually crooked, but it sure looks like it is in this photo. 😡

The sentiment on both cards is from  Smooth Lines Mix and Match Sentiments.

I have used the 3D Beautiful Blooms on this card.

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month - Food Truck

The Large Die of the Month is a cute one this month!  This one is called Food Truck and makes an ice cream truck and a taco truck.

 Large Die of the Month

This die is actually to put on a card, but I made it into a card by attaching another truck to the back.

I cut a piece of cardstock the length of the top of the truck x 1/2" and scored it down the middle.  Fold it in half first.  Then I attached the front to one side and the back to the other side.

The detail in the ice cream cone and the taco are so perfect!  

The inside of the wheels are silver mirror paper but it doesn't show well in the photos.

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month For June

It is a new month so it is time for a new Large Die of the Month from Spellbinders!

This month is a bit of a step back in time with a paisley set called Paisley Dreams.

There are three choices of paisley design centers and I chose the flowers.  It also has the flower as a separate die, so it made layering a breeze.  I lightly colored green in the leaf pattern and colored the flower centers with Copic markers.

Hello is in this die set too and it is also colored with Coptic markers.

Paisley Dreams is a 17 piece set of cutting dies.

Insides and outsides of paisley designs, a strip for a sentiment, hello, flowers, centers and leaves all to use as one big mosaic style card or individually and I've done here.

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month - Say Cheese!

It is a new month so it is time for a new Large Die of the Month from Spellbinders! 

With a name like Say Cheese!,  you might have guessed it is a camera.

For this card, I used just the camera and flowers so it fits perfectly on an A2 card.  If you put the flash on the camera, it makes a slightly larger card and would be awesome on a scrapbook page.

For the background I used the new Geo Screen Embossing Folder.  If you haven't purchased an embossing folder from Spellbinders recently, you are going to love the new size! They are now 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" so you can emboss A2, slimline, 5 x 7 and anything in between.

This card is slightly taller than an A2 as I  included the flash portion of the die set. The background is the new Loops Embossing Folder and is a large size as well.

Say Cheese is a 28 piece die set with three sentiments choices, Smile, Thanks and Hello. You can assemble it with or without the flash and it has several flowers and leaves.

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month - Kaleidoscope Floral Slimline

It is a new month so it is time for a new Large Die of the Month from Spellbinders!

This month is is a really pretty slimline dies set.

I've cut the background in white cardstock and let the pretty layered flowers stand out.

Below, I cut the die in a light green color and added lots of color to the layered flowers.

This is a 6 piece die set and this month is it called Kaleidoscope Floral Slimline.

Sometimes you just can't decide what color to use...so you keep cutting. 😀
