Typoretum

We are a small family-run private press based in rural Essex,providing a completely bespoke letterpress printing service.

We take commissions on all types of bespoke letterpress work including wedding stationery, personalised stationery and artists prints. We also have our own range of letterpress cards and hand-printed letterpress posters and offer a wood type proofing service.

We offer a series of both one and two day letterpress short courses throughout the summer.

   I visited Justin’s amazing letterpress workshop a while back. I was taken aback at the selection of wood and lead type they have amassed and the work they are doing.

   I’m looking forward to booking a course with them to have a good play with wood type poster making soon and just to immerse myself in more of their type.
